Going to the mall with your friends can be both fun and annoying.

I'm currently standing in the middle of some clothing store I didn't bother checking the name of with Zayn, Matt and River. It's the fourth clothing store we've stopped at in a row because these idiots can't just settle for something simple.

The girls decided to wait outside because the guys couldn't make up their minds on what they wanted so they would ask for the girls' opinions only to dismiss it like they didn't beg the girls to give their opinions.

Oh how I wish I could just go wait outside too.

After our little moment in the car on Monday, the rest of the week went as normally as it could. Veronica, true to her word, didn't give two shits about Serena, and whenever Serena would try insulting Veronica, she wouldn't even blink in Serena's direction and didn't even bother with her witty comebacks. She flat out ignored Serena like the girl was nonexistent.

Not gonna lie, I miss the witty comebacks.

Everyday this week, Veronica had her photoshoot with Danielle, Kate's mom, at DMD and unfortunately for me, I could only make it to two of those shoots. So I can't fucking wait to see the end result.

Matt and Zayn are currently standing in the checkout line and River stands on the other side of the store, browsing through clothing, so I take that time and sneak out of the store before my friends can spot me.

I see the girls sitting on a bench outside the store, but Veronica isn't with them. Frowning, I start looking around, trying to spot her and when I do, my heart drops to my stomach. I find her just in time to see her handing a guy his phone back. The guy has the biggest grin on his face as he takes his phone back, checks the screen then slips his phone in his pocket.

I clench my jaw with my hands balled into tight fists at my side. Did she really just give her number to some random guy in the mall? A part of me doesn't believe it. There is absolutely no way Veronica would do that to me. She loves me too much to do that to me. Right?

But I saw her! I fucking saw her giving him his phone back!

Before I can turn around and stomp off, Veronica turns around and when her eyes meet mine, she smirks. She fucking smirks as she walks towards me! The playful look in her eyes and the smirk on her lips should have told me exactly what she did, but I am too angry to think straight.

"What the hell was that?" I growl once she reach me.

"Oh that?" She asks innocently, pointing her thumb over her shoulder at the guy who is now standing with a friend and I glare at her. "Meh." She shrugs before smiling up at me. "Don't freak out if you get a weird text from an unknown number." She says and I raise a brow at her.

What the fuck is this girl doing?

"What? You didn't think I'd be giving my number out, did you?" She mirrors my expression and I just stare at her. "I am offended, Blake." She sighs, shaking her head.

I can't help but burst out laughing. Did she really just give my phone number out to some weird ass dude? Now my number is in the hands of some random guy! She's fucking lucky the block button exists.

I swing my arm over her shoulders and pull her to my side before pressing a kiss to the top of her head. "What am I gonna do with you? You're lucky there's a block button." I laugh down at her and she shrugs innocently. "Wait, so you memorized my number?" I smirk down at her and she starts blushing as she looks down to hide her face with her hair. "Now I don't feel like a stalker for memorizing yours." I say and she throws her head back and laughs.

I just went from being fucking angry to laughing in a matter of seconds. In my defense, it really looked like she was giving her number. There was no way for me to know she would do what she did. I guess Tessa fucked me up more than I originally thought she did.
