I woke up to warmth before a raspy voice says, "Morning sunshine", My eyes open quickly and I look up to see a very tired Catra. "C-Catra?!", I ask kind of confused. I couldve sworn I fell asleep on my own. Catra chuckles and says, "You fell asleep on my shoulder for a couple hours, So I tucked you in and guarded the camp". I nod and notice that Bow's sleeping bag wasnt there. I look up at Catra and ask, "Hey wheres Bow? His sleeping bag isnt there".
Catra sighs and fixes the couple of strands of hair that fell on her face and slicked them back before she says, "Apparently, Sparkles called him back to Brightmoon. It was 'very urgent' so its just you and I". My eyes widen and I groaned laying my head on Catra's lap. I threw my arm over my eyes to protect myself from Catra's dangerous glares. "Why do I have a feeling that they planned this out for whatever reason". I could practically feel her smug smirk and took my arm off my face and asked faking annoyance, "what?". Catra chuckles and says, "Whatever reason? There has to be a reason". I raised a brow and looked at her, running my fingers along her forearm and bicep. Wow, shes either always been that strong OR shes been working out. Either way its... attractive? I felt her tense up and raised a brow, I saw that her cheeks were tomato-red and giggled, "Are you okay Catra?". I saw Catra physically swallow before she nods and jumps up, "Y-Yep! Great! Everythings a-ok!". I slip off her lap and blinked and watched as she scratched her neck and says, "We should probably get going Princess". I nod and jump up, helping Catra pack everything up.
She extinguished the fire and grabbed our supplies in a backpack and slung them over her back, thats when I noticed that her jaw tensed. I run over, placing a hand on her shoulder and ask, "You okay? You sure you wanna carry all of that? Its like 100 pounds". Catra smirks and says, "Yeah, I gotta show off dont I princess?". My cheeks redden and I say, "W-Well no not r-really but-". Catra's hand was on my hip and she laughed, "Adora, it was a joke, lighten up princess". I pout and say, "Catra! That was meann!".
Catra chuckles and she put a hand on my lower back, sending shivers up my spine before she says, "Go on ahead princess, I'll be behind you incase anything looks fishy". I nod and make my way towards the direction in which Thaymor was when I felt a sharp pain on my butt? Oh I know she did not just- I whirl around to a chuckling Catra and asked flustered, "D-Did you just smack my ass?!". Catra smirked and said huskily, "Yes indeed I did princess. It was just waiting for me to-". I interrupt her by kicking her in the balls.
She groans and cups her crotch, falling on the floor. "Gah! Ok ok I deserved that", she said after she regained her composure still grabbing onto the area. I raise a brow and ask, "Why are you still uh- you know?", I gesture to her crotch. Catra looks at me incredulously and says sarcastically, "Well I dont know Adora. Maybe because a blonde girl kicked me in the balls and it HURTS!". I giggle and pat her back and say teasingly, "Hey, cheer up thats the closest I will ever be to be touching your dick". Catra's ears, hair, and tail stood up suddenly and she turned to me, her cheeks redder than ever.
"W-What?!", She asks nervously. I sigh and say, "Catra. Its a joke. Now come on slow-poke we gotta get to Thaymor soon". I hear her footsteps behind me before I was suddenly lifted from the ground. I looked down only to be met with a smugly grinning Catra. "Catra?! W-what are you doing?!". Catra chuckles and says, "Relax princess, this'll make it faster plus I practically trained carrying you and climbing trees. So lets get going to Thaymoor? Thaymore? Thaysoar? E-Ehm you know what Im saying". I giggle and say, "Thaymor?". Catra nods and says, "Y-Yeah that".
After a while, I kind of felt bad for Catra because she was practically running with me on her shoulders for about two hours. "Hey Catra, you sure you wanna do this? We're still 3 hours away from Thaymor". Catra looks up at me and my eyes widen when she doesnt even look fazed or exhausted. She smirks and says, "ah Adora ye of little faith eh, its called Feline stamina for a reason". I nod and say, "Well then, I was just asking because you're not 100% healed yet and I dont want you over-doing yourself". Catra shakes her head and says confidently, "Nah, I feel amazing Adora. We'll be there shortly".
2 hours later:
Somehow we made it to Thaymor an hour earlier than expected. I hear excited gasps and gasps of shock and anger as we made our way inside. "Its She-Ra and... Force Captain Catra". Catra sets me down, the supplies too and puts her hands up in the air saying , "Eh, Im here to hel-". "Horde SCUM!", I hear somebody yell before someone whips past me before I could react and tackled Catra to the ground. I gasp and yell, "Catra!". I winced when a woman slammed Catra to the ground and started slamming her fist into her face and stomach.
"Stop! Please ma'am! Stop! She doesnt mean any harm!", I yell trying to pull the lady off of Catra only for her to stay still and look up at me and ask, "You defend a Horde beast? After what she did to us? To all of Etheria?". I sigh and say, "Yes I do. Now please get of-". Catra groans and says gravelly, "Go A-Adora just help the townspeople. L-Let her get her anger out". I looked at her exasperatedly as yelled, "What?! And let her beat you to death?!". The woman smirks and says, "Precisely. The Horde took my father and mother. And my son's father perished trying to fight for Thaymor. So, she deserves the same fate".
My eyes widened and Catra looks at me and mouths, 'Go, everything will be alright'. I looked in horror as the woman started beating her again. Some townspeople dragged me away before I saw a little boy, he looked the woman: Black and white fur, goat-like featured and baby horns yelling, "Mommy! Stop it! No hurt kitty". My eyes watered as I watched the woman turn around and look at the boy. But I was dragged too far way to see the interaction before I heard Catra's shout in pain.
My eyes widened and one of the townspeople grabs me and says softly, "Im sorry but you shouldnt have brought your friend here. Theres tons of people who have a common hatred for the Horde here. Including Sayera. And shes one of the worst. Im the mayor here. The names Haru". I nod and say quickly, "Nice to meet you Haru , my name is Princess Adora also known as-" "She-Ra", Haru says completing my sentence. I look at the young man and he looks handsome, I must admit. He had long brown hair that was held back by a green hair band, bright green eyes and He was athletically built.

I sigh and say, "Yeah I know, but Queen Glimmer of Bright Moon sent us out on a mission. One of her 'community services' include getting the town of Thaymor to trust her and help reconstruct this town". Haru nods and leads me to a hut and says, "Here you will stay. Your friend shes going to have to compromise". I look at him in shock and say, "Listen I know shes done alot of bad things but shes trying to change. Cant she just sleep with me?". Haru shakes his head and puts a hand on my shoulder and says, "Im sorry Adora, we'll figure it out tomorrow morning". I nod and ask, "Wheres Catra? Is she ok?!". Haru sighs and runs a hand through his hair, "Im not sure, Sayera either finished her off or Asami took her in". I raise a brow and ask, "Whos Asami?". Haru sighs and says, " Shes in good hands. Asami is bit the people pleaser and also shes the nurse. Go to bed princess, your friend will be better tomorrow". I sigh not believing a word he said but feeling exhausted nonetheless.
I enter the tent and gasp at how pretty it was. Good thing Catra's not sleeping here. She would hate it. I hope your ok Catra. I settle down on the bed and took off all my clothes chilling in my undergarments. I wrapped myself up in the blankets like the way Catra would as a kid and laid there till my eyes shut. Please be ok Catra.
