Finn

Adora's POV:

My body ached and all I wanted to do is cry until I heard the cries of a baby. I looked up at Catra, to see tears spilling from her eyes as she kissed my forehead a smile on her lips. "I-Is he out?", I asked shakily looking into Catra's golden and cerulean eyes. Catra nodded and said, "Y-Yeah baby, you did so great".

I smiled when Doctor Ryker came into my view, my heart exploding with warmth as I saw the baby in his arms.  "This is your beautiful baby boy, congratulations hun...", Doctor Ryker says softly placing him in my arms. I felt tears rolling down my cheeks as I looked at my son. "Hes so beautiful...", Catra gasped in awe beside me. I smiled a nodded,  looking at him in awe. He looks so much like Catra and I, its crazy. "H-He looks so much like us baby...", I say looking at Catra seeing the pure awe and love on Catra's face.

My eyes widened when his eyes opened, revealing the prettiest blue eyes. I gasped, and cooed softly, "Hey there handsome... im your mommy". I watched as his beautiful blue eyes focused on me, before they traced the room falling on Catra. I looked at Catra who was still in awe and asked, "Do you want to hold him babe?". Catra nodded and I could tell she was nervous.

I smiled and handed him over to Catra saying, "Make sure you cradle his head baby". Catra nodded looking at me before she was entraced by her son who she held in her arms. "H-Hey kiddo... you're so handsome and cute", Catra cooed a smile that I've seen before played on her lips. The same smile she had when I had said yes to her proposal. My heart felt like it was going to explode from the excitement and the overwhelming feeling. "You have your mommy's eyes son. Y-You're going to be such a lady killer when you're older or man killer kiddo", Catra cooed walking around with him.

I sighed as Catra walked back to me and placed him back in my arms, kneeling by me again and asked, "What should we name him love?". I smiled and looked down into his beautiful blue eyes and said softly, "Finn...".

"Finn... I love it", Catra says softly pressing a kiss to my temple before whispering, "I love you Adora, so so much". I smile and say, "I love you too Catra". My eyes watched as he wriggled against my chest. My eyes widened when I felt something on my breast, looking down I saw Finn latching onto my nipple. Doctor Ryker returned and smiled before saying, "I can see you've been introduced to the breastfeeding scene". I nodded and watched as his eyes closed and he pulled back.

"You must be tired Adora, we can have our midwife take care of Prince Finn while you sleep", Ryker says softly. I nod and say, "Okay" before turning to Catra who had been watching Finn's every move, her pupils had dilated about atleast 80% during those 10 minutes before she noticed I had caught her staring. I smiled and said, "Will you lay with me as I sleep?". Catra nodded and smiled, "Of course". I turn to Ryker and say, "Please take care of him". Ryker nods before Catra threatens lowly, "If anything happens to him, it'll be your head".  I smack her shoulder weakly making her look at me and smile sheepishly.

I chuckle, rolling my eyes as I pass Finn over to Ryker. I watch intently as he hands Finn over to Raleigh, the nurse that helped Catra when she got her arm prosthetic. "Your son is beautiful you two, congratulations", Raleigh says a warm smile on her face. I smile and hold Catra's hand and say, "Thank you! Please take care of him". Raleigh nods and says, "Of course". Before I watched her disappear.

Catra gently slid behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist, pressing a kiss to my nape before she started humming a relaxing tune in my ear and before I knew it I was giving in to my exhaustion, tucking my head under her chin as I fell asleep.
