Welcoming Feast ( pt 1 of 2)

Catra and Adora met up with Glimmer and Bow and Hako and Jaki at the front of the town hall. Catra looks around the area where the feast was taking place, seeing the people find their seats while the guards and some more important people sitting down at the insanely huge table in front of a stage with three microphones on stands. " y'all are looking sharp", Jaki says catching the feline off guard, patting Catra's shoulder approvingly. Catra smirks and says, " I have to impress a lovely lady Jaki, im sure you relate". Jaki's cheeks turn red.

Adora quirks a brow and leans up the height of Catra's body and whispers into the feline's ears, "What are you talking about?". Catra chuckles and looks back at a confused Adora before whispering, "Look at Hako's neck. Theres a hickey there. The hickey is the exact same size as Jaki's lips. Plus look at the lack of distance between them. Hako's hand continuously rubs against Jaki's and the little side glares they give each other is enough evidence to say that the two of them are together romantically". Adora blinks before looking at all the not-so subtle things that Catra pointed out before looking at Catra in shock.

Well damn, she figured that out quickly. Adora thinks before she turns her attention back to Jaki and Hako.  "You two look very nice aswell", Adora compliments with a warm smile. Hako smiles and says, "Thank you Adora, now shall we find our seats?". Adora looks at Catra who nods before sliding her hand into Adora's.

Hako nods and did the same with Jaki's hand taking the boy off guard making Catra, Adora, Glimmer, and Bow snort before the two of them led the party to their seats. "Adora and Catra are obviously together. Bow next to Catra, Glimmer next to Adora. And then Jaki and I will be in front of you", Hako says confidently showing the group where they sat. Catra nods and says, "Ok, thanks Ko". Hako nods before saying, "No problem Ra, now I gotta see if Mayor Seji is ready for her introduction speech. Everyone sit down for now though".  They all nod taking their seats as Hako walks away.

"Psst", Bow says trying to grab Catra's attention. Catra looks around before Bow sighs  before grabbing her bicep and yanking her away from Adora. "Hey! Whats the big deal bro!", Catra exclaims before Bow slaps his hand over her mouth.  "Shut up you idiot! I need your help with something", Bow whispers.

Catra nods and says as Bow takes his hand off her mouth and walks her to a secluded area, "What is it Bow-Man?". Bow sighs and says, "Im planning on doing something pretty big tonight". Catra quirks a brow and asks, "And what would that be?". Bow digs into his back pocket, fishing out a small black box. Catra's eyes widen and she looks up at Bow in shock. "Y-You're going to propose?!", Catra exclaims quietly.

Bow nods and puts the box back in his back pocket and says quietly, "I need your help Catra". Catra nods and puts a comforting hand on her best friends shoulder and asks, "What do you need from me bro?". Bow grins and leans forward whispering his ideas into the feline's ear.

Bow pulls back and Catra smirks saying, "Thats perfect Bow". Bow smiles and asks, "Yeah?". Catra nods and punches his shoulder, wrapping her arm around his shoulder and turning to face their girlfriends who were laughing and smiling. "Its perfect man, I got your back alright", Catra says soothingly. Bow smiles softly and  brings his arm over the feline's  shoulders and tugging the girl's neck forward before rubbing his knuckles against the girl's scalp.

"Hey! Hey! Calm down there buddy!"

"Awh! How embarrassing for you! You're so nice man!"

"Shut up! You're lucky Im semi-nice!"

"Yeah yeah, you know you love me jackass"

"Ugh I guess"

"AWH!"

"SHUT UP! DONT GET EXCITED OVER SOMETHING DUMB BOW!"

"AWHHHH IS KITTY  EMBARRASSED?"

"NO!"

"I think you are..."

"IM NOT".

"Yeah yeah whatever, lets get back to our seats you cuddly little kwitty"

"Ugh I hate you sometimes".

Bow pokes the aggravated feline's cheek making Catra smack his finger away before flicking his forehead harshly, and sitting back down next to Adora. Bow chuckles, rubbing his forehead and made his way to his lover, sitting down. Almost on cue, Mayor Seji approached the stage, the lights shining on her.

"Ladies and Gentleman! This event that I've gathered you all here today is to celebrate the arrival of our savior... Catra of Taron. Daughter of Meliodas and Ryua", Seji gestures toward Catra before the light shines onto the feline and she stands up, waving before she sits back down and Seji continues, "Everyone have fun! Towards the end of the night if anyone would wanna use the stage for any performances or entertainment feel free to ask our musicians. Other than that... enjoy yourselves! Fill up those bellies and drink to your heart's content!".

And with that note, everyone started serving themselves. Adora feeding Catra some of the roasted duck and mashed potatoes that were served. And Catra doing the same to Adora with her chicken and rice. Bow tapped Catra's shoulder and nodded his head towards the stage. Catra nods and stands up, along with Bow. "Whats wrong baby?", Adora asks with a quirked brow.

Catra winks and says, "You'll see love". Before they both walked towards the stage.
