Training: Magenyousa Oversight and Jutsu Capablities..

Iroh's POV:

I swept left of Catra's kick, and elbowed her in the back sending her on her knees onto the water's surface. "Kid, you've gotten way better but you need to focus. Down and give me 400 push ups, 600 shoulder touches, 200 clap push ups, 1000 mountain climbers, 50 planche push ups and 500 handstand push ups once you're finished get back up on your feet and prepare to go at it another round".

Catra nodded and started at her pushups, her Magenyousa fading away since she really didnt need it. She's learned how to awaken her Magenyousa on command without having to meditate or depend on pain or adrenaline. Shes worked herself hard every morning and night, at each training session.

Her determination was inspiring and it worked out well for her. It was around last Wednesday or Thursday where she learned how to commandeer her Magenyousa whenever she needs it. Now its time for her to use that chakra in her to learn how to attack with it.

Catra stood up rolling her shoulders and approaches me after two or three hours saying, "Im ready teach...". I nod and pat her shoulder and say, "Lets try something different okay? something new". Catra quirked a brow and asks curiously, "What is it?".

I crack my knuckles and say, "You have learned alot this past month... how about you learn something new?". Catra nodded and put her hands behind her back and I stepped back and said sternly, "Watch a closely. Watch my hands and what Im doing with them alright?". Catra nods as her eyes steeled looking at me intently.

I extend my arm out, my right palm outstretched and concentrated on the chakra flowing to my hand and with my left hand I moved it around my right in a fast circular motion, the chakra molding above my right hand into a ball of pure destructive chakra. Catra looks at me with wide eyes and exclaims in awe, " H-HOW- WHAT IS THATTTT?!".

I chuckle and look around before spotting a tree nearby before turning to Catra and saying, "Watch the damage this little ball of chakra can do". Catra nods still awe-struck before I turn around dashing towards the tree, jumping up and hitting the trunk of the tree with the Rasengan splitting it in half cleanly. I land on both feet, putting my hands in both pockets.

Catra made her way towards me and stopped in front of me and rambled excitedly stars shining in her eyes, "you need to show me how to do that! Like right fucking now! Th-thats so cool! H-How the-?". I chuckled and grabbed her right hand, flipping it over having her palm face up and said softly, "Concentrate on moving chakra to your hand and I'll move my hand over it and help you form the rasengan". Catra nodded and before she knew it a tiny blue orb formed above her palm. It's small but its a start, shes getting there.

Catra gawked at the orb of chakra she had created and looked at me. I chuckled and stopped moving my hand in the circular motion I had around her palm and said, "Hit me with it". Catra's eyes widened and exclaimed, " what?!". I sigh and say, "Hit me!". Catra shook her head looking at the orb in her ha then back at me and said, "No! Are you insane?!". I growl and start lunging at her throwing ruthless punches at her body, she blocked them with her left forearm. I growled and kicked her in the stomach sending her sliding across the water's surface as I yelled at her ," Hit me you coward!". I ran at her using 50% of my speed.

Catra's eyes narrowed, her irises becoming red two tomoe's circling around her pupil as she jumped back from my fists and kicks dodging them flawlessly. "Im not going to hit you!", Catra declares flipping over my head, I grunt and grab her right leg and went to slam her down when she twisted her body around slamming her left knee into my jaw releasing my grasp on her leg.
