Training: Beginning

Catra was met by Glimmer and Bow who were watching as Iroh talked. "Ah! And there's our savior", Iroh exclaims gesturing towards Catra.

Catra chuckled as Bow and Glimmer turn around, jumping up and tackling the feline in a hug. "You bitch! Where have you been?", Glimmer exclaims squeezing the life out the Catra. Catra tapper her back twice and coughed, "Glimmer c-cant breathe". Glimmer blinked and let out a soft 'oh' before pulling back sheepishly.

Bow chuckled and wrapped an arm around Glimmer's waist and said, "No but for real, we havent seen you and Adora around lately". Catra sighs and says, "Well, we've been busy". Bow raises a brow before Glimmer gasped making both Bow and Catra look at her curiously.

"No.. fucking... way.. CATRA IS THAT AN ENGAGEMENT RING?!", Glimmer exclaims grabbing Catra's hand and pointing out her ring finger that had a gold and black wedding band sitting on it. Catra gulped and said, "Ye-", before both Bow and Glimmer smacked her upside the head making her growl, "HEY!".

"BITCH DONT 'HEY' ME!"

"YOU PROPOSED AND YOU DIDNT TELL ME?!"

"Well you se-"

"NO! I TOLD YOU WHEN I PROPOSED TO GLIMMER!"

"DONT TELL ME ADORA'S PREGNANT TOO?!"

Catra's eyes widened and she was speechless, her mouth formed an O and she had her finger up to explain before she saw how terrifying Bow and Glimmer looked.

"Catra..."

Catra chuckled nervously at Glimmer and said, "Yes...?". Glimmer grabbed her by the collar of her grey shirt and yelled, " ADORA'S PREGNANT AND YOU DIDNT TELL US?! HOW DID YOU FIND OUT?". Catra blinked and said, "we went to a doctor's appointment.. what does it matter to you two anyway?". Bow sighed and said, "Because Catra, we're your guys' bestfriends. Its just we feel a little left out".

Catra immediately felt bad and said, "Im sorry, but Adora wanted it to be a secret until she started showing". Glimmer nodded and said with a chuckle, "Sounds like Adora".  Catra nodded and patted the queen's shoulder and said, "Trust me, Sparkles ok? Im sorry you two feel left out". Glimmer smiles and says, "I know, now are you ready for your first training with General Iroh?".

Catra nods and Bow chuckles clasping the girl's shoulder and saying, "Good luck buddy. Glimmer and I are going to be training ourselves with the lesson that Iroh taught us". Catra raises a brow and asks, "And what was that?". Bow shrugs and says, "Some type of healing shit". Catra nods and pats the man's back before they said their goodbyes.

Catra took a deep breathe before she approached Iroh who was on the grassy ground of the plains they were in, in a meditation pose. "Iroh..?", Catra starts off going to touch the man before Iroh took Catra by surprise and said, "Meditation is a process of lightening up, of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we're doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we're doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves. Now learning this young one, please join me".

Catra nodded hesitantly and got into a meditation pose and closed her eyes before asking, "What is the point of doing this Iroh?". Iroh hums and says, "To accomplish full control of your chakra you meed to establish inner peace. Once you do we will practice controlling your chakra the way your father did. After that you and I will spar". Catra hums and says, "But how long do I need to meditate?".
