"Her? Wait what?" I looked around but I found no one but an old couple sitting at the bench under a mango tree. I looked back at him in confusion as he just shook his head and averted his gaze.
"I just can't believe that the love of my life and the apple of my eye is standing right beside me." it took a while to process before I nudged his arm as my initial reaction.
"You say things out of nowhere, I'm not even ready."
He glanced back and chuckled, did I mentioned he's adorable? "I love you, Y/N."
I smiled and wrapped my arms around his torso, "I love you too, you idiot."
