Chapter 136

Kirstie, Leigh, and Esther were all at the store. The were cureently looking for baby clothes since Rose and Zac had grown out of most of their clothes. The old clothes, the girls had agreed, would go to Kirstie and Avi. Kirstie grateful to have friends like them. She was walking in the middle of the two taller woman and threw her arms around them.

"I love you guys." She smiled.

"Awe." Leigh said, wrapping on arm arounf the omegas waist. "We love you too, lovey." Leigh kissed Kirstie's head.

"Say, have you too come up with names yet?" Esther asked as she snuggled Kirstie.

"Actually yes." The omega smiled. She placed her hands over Baby B first. "This one, my little boy, is Christopher Davis." She moved her hands to Baby A. "And my little girl is Logan Elise." She said proudly.

"Logan for a girl?" Leigh asked. "I love it. You're due in like a week or so right?"

"Yeah, we had out last ultrasound a couple days ago. Everything is literally perfect and I couldn't be happier. I'm a little worried for Scott though."

Esther laughed. Scott had talked to her about his fears. "I get why, but trust me, in the end its all worth it." She reaches and tickles Rose's little tummy, making her giggle.

Kirstie rubbed her belly. "I know it is and I can't wait to finally meet them. I've known for a long time that Avi wanted a girl, and Im just happy I can give that to him."

Leigh smiled. "Darling, he'd be happy if it were a frog, if it meant he could have it with you. He loves you."

"Oh, yeah." Esther chimed in. "He called me the day he met you guys, and he wouldn't. Shut. Up. About you. He was smitten the moment he saw you. He told me about when you guys went out for Mitch's birthday, that he was pretty sure scott would've had to pick his jaw up off the floor. You looked amazing, according to him."

"I could be wearing a baggy hoodie and a pair of his boxers and he'd be drooling. Come on, guys." Kirstie chuckled.

"What?" Leigh said, brushing Kirstie's hair out of her face and cupping it. "You really are beautiful, Kirstie." She smiled.

Kirstie blushed and looked down. "Thank you." She whispered, a tear running down her face. She quickly wiped it away. "Goddamn hormones." She laughed.

"Oh, just wait. You'll be all sorts of wack when your body starts rebalancing. Now, what this about you being worried for Scott? Is he okay?" Leigh raised an eyebrow.

They stopped walking and both Kirstie and Esther turned to her. "Okay, now I feel like I'm up for sacrifice." Leigh chuckled.

Both the other women laugh. "Ohhh, no. Okay, have you ever heard of a soulmate bond?" Esther asked.

"Um, I've heard of it, but I don't know much about it." Leigh admitted.

"Okay, well, you know in Shadowhunters, they have a parabati? Its kinda like that. Scott and Kirstie's souls are connected. They can feel each other. Emotions, pain, all that. Like, if i were to pinch Kirstie on the arm right now." She did.

"Ow!" Kirstie jumped away and rubbed her arm. "That hurt."

"Scott would feel it." Esther continued. "Scott is worried because we alllll know that once shes in labor, he's gonna want to die."

As if on cue, Kirstie's phone went off. It was Scott. She answered and put it on speaker. "Hello?" She said sweetly.

"Hi." He said shortly. "Could youre friends not pinch you right now? I just jumped out of my skin in the meeting and now they all think I'm crazy."
