Four days.

Four days and we are no closer to finding them than we were the day they were taken.

Avi and I still haven't talked to each other.

Kirstie is doing better. She wasn't miscarrying, but she almost did, according the the Betas. She's still on bed rest, per Kevin's orders.

Alex stayed to help out, since we needed the extra hands.

I haven't slept at all. And neither has Avi, I don't think. I'm sitting in on the grass in the middle of the back yard, looking at a map of the city. I've located every warehouse withing thirty miles of my dad's house. There's at least fifteen. So I managed to narrow it down based on what I know about my father and the places he would do his best to avoid, so that narrowed it down to about 6, which I can work with.

I hear someone walking towards me so I look up. "What do you want?" I gripe.

Avi sits down next to me. "I'm just checking in on you."

"What, so now you care?" I roll my eyes and glare at the map in my hands.

"I've cared this entire time. I just dont agree with how you're going at this."

"Again with this, are you serious?" I begin to stand. I look down at him. "If it were Kirstie you would be doing the same thing."

He shoots up and grabs my shoulder. "I really don't want to argue." He says. He looks so tired.

"Then why'd you-" I was interrupted by Leigh running out of the house towards us with tears running down her face.

"You both need to come inside." She sniffles.

"Why?" I ask.

"NOW!" she yelled then turned back towards the house.

I instantly pick up on the urgency in her voice, and book it into the house. Everyone is gathered around Avi's laptop and there's a video on it.

"What is this?" Avi asks.

Leigh sniffles. "Just watch it. You need to."

I look around and I don't see Kirstie or Esther.

"They don't need the watch this." Leigh said as if she knew what I was thinking.

I look at the screen again, only closer this time and I see someone hanging from a ceiling.

"You might wanna sit down for this Scott." Kevin said.

I nod and sit down in the chair next to him as he pressed play.

"Say "Hi" Mitchie." I hear my father say.

"Don't call me that." The figure, who I now know is Mitch, replied

"Awe, look how upset you are. It almost makes you less ugly." He laughs.

Mitch drops his head. "Just leave me alone." He said miserably.

"That's no fun though." He flips the camera around and I see my fathers face "Say, Scotty. I hope your enjoying this, if your alive that is. If he's not, I hope the rest of the pack is." He smiles and flips the camera back around. "Apologize." He says to Mitch.

"F-for what?"

"Everything you've done to the pack. Its like I told Scott: I've been watching him and the pack for quite some time now. I know just how much trouble you've put your pack through. Especially since Jeremy. Would you like to know what happened to him? Er, sorry, would you like to know the truth about what happened to him?"

I feel my blood run cold.

"What are you even talking about? Mitch glares

Rick chuckles. "That's a conversation for another time. But you still have to apologize to your pack for being the horrible, disgusting omega that you are and for causing them so much trouble. I remember watching you when you stormed out of the house in the middle of the night and Avi had to chase after you. And you yelling at him about how you were angry at everyone and how you think everyone hated you, including your own daughter." He turns the camera around again and I see my daughter. He kisses her head.

I can't help but smile when I see her headbutt him, but it quickly fades when he drops her down into a playpen and she screams again, but it sound more like she's angry rather than hurt.

"Here's your baby girl, Scotty. She sure is beautiful. She has your eyes." He tickles her chin and she bites down on his finger. He tells and pulls his hand back and hits her across the face again, making her fall.

I ball up my fists when I see a welt for on her face.

"Leave her alone! She didn't even do anything!" Mitch screams.

Then the screen goes black.

No one says anything. I feel tears run down my face, but no one acknowledges them.

I feel and hand on my shoulder, but I growl and its quickly removed. I slowly stand and walk away.

I don't even decide to do it, but my fist connects with the wall as I yell, leaving a huge hole.

"Scott..." Leigh comes up to me, grabbing my arm gently.

I sniffle and look at her. "I'm gonna kill him." I say.

"Well find them, Scott."

"WHEN?!" I yell. "Its been four days. Who knows how long its been since the video was filmed. They could be dead for all I know!"

"You cant think like that, honey."

"And why not? I don't know if you saw, but Mitch was bleeding in so many different places. There was a giant gash on his arm that was clearly still bleeding!" I choke back an angry sob.

"Have you tried your mind-link?"

I nod. "Everytime I do, there's nothing. Its like I'm blocked or something." I take in a shaky breath. "I'm gonna go for a run." I start walking towards the door, but I'm stopped by Avi. I growl and glare at him. "I don't want to talk to you." I snarl.

He sighs. Then pulls me into a hug, which I didn't return. "We'll find them. Where do you want me to start?"

I look at him, baffled. "This is my responsibility. I'll handle it. Besides, like you said, I'm the only one with a connection to Mitch."

"I don't think so."

"What does that mean?"

He sighs and shows me his arm. I see a faint red line that stands out against the pale skin. "What am I looking at?"

"Its in the same spot as the gash on his arm. The exact same spot." He drops his arm. "And that's not even it. Did you see the cuts on his collarbone?"

"Yes." I growl.

He pulls down his collar, revealing more red marks.

"What the hell?" I bring my hand up and touch the lines.

"I have no idea. But I'm gonna talk to Kevin about it. He noticed it too."

I nod, not quite sure I understand, but i don't care too. "I'm leaving now." I turn and open the door.

"Please be careful." He tells me.

I respond by walking out the door.

I don't intend on running at all.

Right now, I just really need a drink.
