Soooooooooooo....

That happened.

I honestly am starting to feel bad for Kevin. He puts up with so much shit from everyone.

Anyway, we shall continue with Miss Addalins birthday.

Mitch was exhausted. He felt sick, his back hurt, and he was still reeling from what happened with Avi earlier.

The two hadn't talked to each other since. When ever Avi came into the room, Mitch felt like yelling at him. He had no idea why, though.

Addalin was sitting at the table between Zac and Rose. She still didn't understand why Zac hugged her. Why did he feel the need to touch her? And why didn't she hate it?

She looked around and saw everything.  Her momma was getting stuff out of the fridge and daddy was getting a bunch of stuff from upstairs. She sat there, just looking at Zac, trying to figure out that whole situation.

Scott was still baffled by what Kevin had told him. Could his unborn child really be an alpha? Another one? He just shook his head and pushed the thought aside. Today was about Addalin.

Kirstie was trying to console Avi, but he wasn't talking. She could tell he didn't feel good. She picked up Logan and handed her to him, hoping it would have some effect, which it thankfully did. Avi seemed to calm a little as he smiled at the baby in his arms. Both Christopher and Logan were content. They'd been fed, changed and bathed.

Twins were a lot of work, but with the help of Scott and Mitch, who understood both female Alphas and male Omegas, it went pretty smoothly.

Leigh and Esther were talking about The date Alex and Esther had went on.

"So, was it fun?" Leigh asked.

Esther blushed. "It was. He was super sweet and nice. Which is something I haven't seen in a while."

"Well, that's good. You deserve it."

"And Rose likes him. Which makes me feel better about this whole thing. If she didn't like him, I don't know how I'd feel about it."

"Children are very intuitive."

"Yes they are. L, I really like him." Esther smiled.

"Honestly, the first time I saw him, I thought he was gay." Leigh chuckled.

"We actually talked about that. I think He's Bi? But I could be wrong. I talked to Avi about the whole thing and he actually started crying and said he was happy Alex finally took his shot. I guess Alex had been crushing on me for years, I just don't know how I didn't see it sooner."

"You have a busy life. You're a doctor, you have a child, and so much goes on in this pack Its not even funny." Leigh smiled.

"That's a fact." Esther laughed.

This felt good, talking to her best friend. Granted it was only noon, they were having a glass of wine. She loved having someone to talk to.

"So what happened this morning?" Leigh asked after she took a sip of her wine. "With Mitch and Avi?"

"I have no clue. Avi is like, hardcore sympathizing with Mitch and I think they just snapped at each other. I still cant get over that Mitch slapped him. Mitch has never been that ballsy. Not with Avi at least."

At this point, no one knows about Avi mirroring Mitch except them and Scott and Kirstie. They didn't feel the need to share it, unless it was asked about.
