Sophia went back to the manor to see if Klaus was okay after his encounter with Silas. She walked inside and saw Klaus screaming in pain as he took deep breaths.

"Klaus! Oh my god! What hap-"

"Stay away from me!" He yelled, making her stop in her place before she could get to him.

"What?"

"I need more time. Stop hounding me!" He yelled as he fell to the ground.

"More time for what?" Sophia asked, very confused. She tried to step towards him but he shuffled back.

"Leave me alone!" He yelled, looking terrified.

"Klaus. It's me. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm not leaving your side." Sophia said as she took slow steps towards him. His face softened slightly as he analysed her.

"Soph, is it really you?" He asked.

"Of course it is." She said. She hated seeing him like this. In pain and clearly terrified.

"Prove it."

"What? Okay, umm....we met when you were trying to break your curse. We bonded over our abuse from our fathers. You proposed to me in Italy." She said. Klaus was looking like he was trying to believe her. After all, everything she was saying was true. "We literally did it a couple of days ago on that table." She said as she pointed to a table in the room.

"It is you." He said in relief. There was no way anyone knew where they last had sex. "Silas. He stabbed me with the white oak stake."

"What? Why?" She asked as she rushed over to him.

"He wants the cure. He knows that I know who has it. He came to me...in the form of you...made me believe you were talking to me and threatened me." He said before growling in pain. "I need you to cut the stake out of me."

He handed Sophia a pair of bloody appliers, making her heart drop. She knew this was going to hurt him badly. It wasn't like last time when she was taking bullets out of his chest. She went over behind him and shoved the appliers into his back, making in yell in pain.

"I'm so sorry." Sophia said, kissing the top of his head.

"Keep going. Just...keep going." He said.

She began digging through his back, trying to find the white oak as best as she could. Klaus' growls of pain filled the room, making Sophia's heart sink to her stomach. She hated how much pain he was in.
