3RD PERSON
Someone was in front of her. The room was dark, but he was there, looking at her. He was smiling, but he looked sad and hurt.
"Kuya Angelo?"
"Mia..."
Nagising si Mia dahil may narinig siyang batang umiiyak. Dinala siya ni Raf sa kwarto kung saan pinatay si Angelo. She looked around and saw a kid who looked exactly like his brother.
"Angelo?" Mia asked the kid.
Tumahan yung bata sa kakaiyak, but he was still sobbing, "W-Who are you? How did you know my name? D-Don't hurt me..." He cried again. He looked really scared.
Mia stared at him and smiled, "I won't hurt you, I promise."
Dahan-dahan lumapit si Mia sa pamangkin. Tinanong niya si Angelo kung pwede siyang lumapit. Tiningnan lang siya ng bata. Pagkalapit ni Mia, he slowly and gently hugged him.
"You look like someone I know."
He sobbed, "D-Do you know my dad, then? My mom said I look like him."
Natuwa si Mia dahil alam ni Angelo na yung kapatid niya ang tatay at hindi si Raf. Mia cupped his cheeks and nodded, "Your dad's my brother. He was gone because he saved me."
"Did Raf do it? Did Raf kill my dad? Is he trying to kill you, too? 'Cause he wants to kill me, but I can't die... I can't die... My mom needs me." He shook his head. His body was shaking. Nagtaka si Mia kung 12 years old ba talaga ang nagsasalita sa harap niya.
"You're not going to die. I'll protect you," I hugged hm. "I'll protect you so you can protect your mom."
"G-Give me five... do you know that? Can you promise me?" Tanong ni Angelo.
Mia nodded and she gave him five.
Kinwentuhan ni Mia si Angelo para hindi siya matakot. Hindi masyadong nagsasalita si Angelo dahil sa trauma na naexperience niya, pero nakikinig siyang mabuti kay Mia. He felt better, though. While Mia was telling a story about Angelo's dad, Raf entered.
"How are you? Are you guys doing well?" He asked with his evil grin.
Dahil sa pamangkin niya, nagkaroon ng lakas ng loob si Mia para lumaban, "You're such an evil." Tumayo siya. Lalapitan niya sana si Raf, pero hinawakan ni Angelo ang kamay nito. Tiningnan niya si Angelo, bur the kid shook his head. Alam niya kung anong pwedeng gawin ni Raf pag lumapit si Mia sa kanya.
"Am I?" Raf smirked. "Don't worry, you're not going to see me anymore 'cause by the time they get here, you're already gone. Aww."
"Ang sama mo. Ang sama sama mo," Sabi ni Mia sa kanya. Gigil na gigil na si Mia. Kung hindi siya pinigilan ni Angelo, baka kung ano na ang nagawa niya.
