We walked into the police station and as soon as I took one step towards Richards office the door swung open and he popped his head out.
"RIVER!"
"Hey Richard."
"RIVER!" He exclaimed as he rushed over and jumped over the railing only to land on his stomach and not his feet.
He quickly jumped back up and exclaimed he was good before rushing over to me and picking me up and then spun us around.
"Your home! Your home! Your home!"
"How do you always have so much energy?"
"I just do. I missed you lil ripper!"
"Everyone this is my uncle Richard or as you all know him as my uncle Dic."
"Nice to meet you all."
"Richard please put me down. Daisy's gonna show up soon and I know she knows."
"About that...."
"She's home!" Daisy exclaimed before joining in on Dic's antics.
"And you all know Daisy."
"Oh my oh my oh my. Keep your jaws closed or you'll catch flys." She told as she quickly went and shut their mouths before seeing Spencer. "I remember you. You kissed River before running up those stairs."
"He's the guy that's dating Lil Ripper?!" Dic asked as he dropped me.
"Yes."
"Welcome! But if you hurt her Daisy will murder you and I will cover it up."
"Noted."
"Can we get back to the whole murder situation. I would rather not be here." I told as he pulled me up with enough force I basically jumped into the air before landing on my feet.
"Sweetie, you've returned home after leaving when you were ten. The least you can do is say hi to your cousins."
"I don't really know K or Lu. We didn't exactly bond cause of the age difference."
"They are still family and they love you."
"Hold up, I believe they are in the conference room setting everything up for you and your team." He told before making his way to it. "KIDS! YOU IN THERE?!"
"Have you been moisturising sweetie?" Daisy asked as she held my face by the chin and began to turn it around.
"Does crying count?"
"No it doesn't."
"Then no I haven't."
"Your skin is delicate, you bruise easily."
"Moisturising it won't stop me from bruising."
"You have a bruise on your shoulder. How the hell did you get that?" She asked making the team look towards Spencer.
"I knocked a book off of her bookshelf at her place and it hit her on the shoulder."
"It was very amusing." I told before she spun me around and checked the scar.
"I see that's still prominent."
"Daisy I would rather not do this with my team here."
"Fine. Follow me to where you all will be working." She told before walking to the room.
"It's so strange after all this time, to see your home town." J stated
"Who knew she was born in Seattle." Emily added
"The boy band." We both told before walking into the room to see K and Lu talking to Dic.
"We haven't seen her since she was ten." K told
"Also did you say she's dating someone?" Lu asked
"Yes she is dating someone."
"Is it Zack?" They both asked
"No. His name is Spencer and he is a dr, like her."
"How peculiar." They both told as one.
"She's family and love you guys."
"Loves us he says." Lu began.
"But never calls us he forgets." K continued.
"You forget I never got your number." I told making them all look to me.
"Hey River." Lu told
"Shit you got taller." K added making us all give him a confused look. "Ok that can not have been anyone else's thought here?"
"Good to see you two as well. Team these are my cousins K and Lu or their actual names, Kenny and Lucy."
"Hello."
"Kenny and Lucy, this is my team, Aaron Hotchner, David Rossi, Derek Morgan, Emily Prentiss, Jj or as I call her J, Penelope Garcia and Spencer Reid."
"That's why you look familiar!" Dic exclaimed. "You worked a case with me and Harold back in the day. Shit you've aged well."
"Fucken told you." I told Spencer.
"It seems you were correct."
"Well anyway, it's nice to meet you all. We've set up the information we've gotten so far on the cases and we had Daisy get the file of your stalker from your cousin Sniper, who let's just say sounds mad that he wasn't informed of the break in to your shop and now dead employee. Rest In Peace and hope she is now at rest in the afterlife." Lucy told
"She follows Buddhism." I told making them all nod.
"I like the religion."
"Anyway, we've gone over possible people who could have killed them." Kenny told as he spun the board to reveal the suspect list.
"That's half the town."
"Yeah. We haven't gotten far with working shit out honestly." He told
"How long were they apart?" I asked
"Luc?"
"Dad?"
"Babe?"
"The first one was about mid December then went cold till January 7th."
"First letter was January 10th. I remember cause Spencer came back from the case that day."
"What next?" Hotch asked
"Another one on the 20th of may I think." Dic told
"Wasn't that around the time we were in San Diego?" Morgan asked
"Yep."
"Through this we were able to work out when you had the least amount of contact with your stalker someone was murdered." Lucy told
"Well this is great." I added before Daisy's phone began to ring.
"Hello. Oh yes I can be there in a jiffy." She told before hanging up. "I need to go to work and do some things."
"See ya babe." Dic said before she kissed him goodbye before giving K and Lu a kiss on the head and then one for me.
"I'll see you guys for dinner!"
We kept going through everything and soon there was a knock on the door.
"Yes?"
"Richard, she's here." Someone said making us turn to look to him.
"Bring her in."
"Oh hey there River. Shit you've grown."
"That is how ageing work Noah."
"I know. But still giving you a hug." He told before doing that and then leaving.
"I'm a fan favourite at the station." I stated.
Soon a girl walked in and I instantly had the feeling that I knew her from somewhere.
"Everyone this is dr.Kate. She works at the Moons mental institution and is on loan from them to help us."
"Pleasure to meet you all."
"Kate, this is Aaron Hotchner, David Rossi, Derek Morgan, Emily Prentiss, Jj, Penelope Garcia, and the two doctors on the team Spencer Reid and River Finley." Richard told
'I do not like her one bit but I don't remember why.'
"I read your thesis! It was fascinating." She told to Spencer.
"Thanks."
"Richard, another body was discovered."
"Come on guys let's go see the scene. Kids stay here."
"But River gets to go?" K asked
"My team."
"Seems fair." Lu added
"Yeah it does. We'll work things out from here." They told as we all left.
