Going in.

(River p.o.v)

Being hit with the gun is one thing. Being hit with the same gun in the same spot is one thing. Being shot in the leg is another. Thinking your going to die in the back of the bank is quite a weird thought. Knowing your last moments are determined on what you do depending on the situation. Do I freeze and let it be? Do I run and hope he misses? Or do I fight to live? I think you know the one I'll pick before I even asked those. And if it fails then they know I'm sorry and that I love them. Welcome to the finale moments of either one of our lives because we both know. Death is here for one of us.

He walked towards me like everything was moving slowly, when he aimed his gun at my head, I took a deep breath.
'It's now or never.'
"Any last words?"
"Yeah. Go to hell."
He pulled back the release and I took the opportunity to quickly grab the gun and pushed it to the ceiling as he pulled the trigger. I stood up as I quickly hit his gut and emptied the gun so there was only one bullet left in it. He went to hit me back but I quickly grabbed his fist and pulled it down onto my knee to break his wrist. I gave him a head but and he stumbled back. I rush towards him and kicked his head before quickly fighting for dominance over the gun.
"Who the hell are you?"
"Someone who you've now regretted messing with." I told before punching him in the throat.
I got the gun out of his grasp and took a few steps away from him. He quickly grabbed a knife he was holding and came rushing towards me. I quickly lifted the gun and pulled the release back before shooting him right in the head. I dropped the gun to the ground just as Hotch, Morgan, Prentiss and Rossi came running in.
"Took you guys long enough. Had a full on battle with him and everything. You'll never guess who won." I told as I gave a small chuckle.
Morgan was the first to run and pull me into a hug.
"Glad your safe baby."
"Glad you guys are fine." I told before he pulled back and saw my forehead from where he pistol whipped me.
"Baby your bleeding."
"It's just a mere flesh wound." I told before Prentiss pulled me into a hug.
"Ok guys I'm not dead. Was close but I'm not."
"We thought you died when we heard the gun shots." She told
"I get that. But I would like to go home now.... and stay clear of banks for a bit." I told making them chuckle.
"Come on il mio piccolo genio. The others back at base miss you." Rossi told as he messed my hair up a bit before we all left.

(Spencer p.o.v)

As soon as I heard those words I ran out of the room having Jj follow after me. We quickly got to the cars and got into Jjs as she began to quickly drive to the bank. Once we got there we saw the hostages being walked out. I jumped out of the car and began to freak out when I couldn't see River. A body bag was brought out and then the sub of the two walked out in handcuffs. The team walked out of the building and Morgan was arguing with someone.
"Morgan I am fine. I don't need to go to get checked by the paramedics."
"Baby you need to be checked, it's the rules."
"What are you gonna do about it?! Drag me to the paramedic?"
"I will if I have to."
As soon as I saw it was River I began to run to her.
"River!" I shouted before I got to her and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her into a hug. "Oh god I was so worried about you. I thought you were killed and the last thing we said to one another was not the best."
"Spencer chill I'm fine." She told making me pull away.
"No you are not fine. You have a cut on your head, you need to get it checked out."
"It's fine. Wont even need stitches."
"No. We are not risking it. You are going to them."
"You and what army?"
I picked her up and began to walk to where the ambulances were and felt her struggle a bit.
"Spencer I swear to god put me down! I am wearing a dress!"
"I will when we get you help." I told
"You and your god damn army."

(No one p.o.v)

Derek called Penelope and she picked up as quickly as she could.
"What happened?! Is everything ok?! Is River ok?!"
"She is fine baby girl. Pretty boy ran to her as soon as he could see her and now is making sure she gets checked out."
"Oh thank god."
"She killed the dominant one after she was pistol whipped a second time."
"Oh god."
"She is fine baby. Spencer has taken his best friend to make sure she gets checked out. She will be good as new in no time."
"That's our bad ass."
"We will see you back at base."
She hung the phone up and Jj came over to him and whacked him on the arm.
"What was that for?"
"For not telling me she was in there till I was back at the base."
"Hotch told me not to. Besides look over there. She is fine." He told as they both looked towards her.
"She is disagreeing with Spencer."
"But fine non the less. Come on we will go over if it makes you happy." He told before they made their way over to them.

(River p.o.v)

"Your telling me off for using Morse code to tell you I was fine!"
"Because you could have been caught and then you could have died."
"But I didn't and I'm still here. Seriously Spence I'm fine." I told before I was wrapped in another hug by someone.
"God you are stupid but I'm glad your safe." J told making me realise it was her.
"Well I'm friends with Derek so it's fitting."
"That's cold baby."
"Seriously I'm fine." I told making her pull away.
"Alright. Well we are done with the head wound. Now we gotta fix the leg situation." The lady paramedic told.
"Leg situation?" They asked
"I may have been hit in the leg."
"That's not fine River!" Spencer and J exclaimed as Morgan held a worried look.
"It went through. Wanna see?" I asked as I went to put a finger through it making them all scream no. "Ok. Got the message loud and clear."
"You should call Sniper and let him know." J told as the lady helped me to the bed they had in there so I could be transported.
"Do I gotta?!"
"He probably knows from the news." Spencer added.
"Fine. I'll call him." I told as I pulled a phone out of my pocket. "I'll see you guys at the hospital."
"I'm going with." Spencer told as he climbed in.
"Same here."
"We will meet the rest at the hospital." the lady told before the door shut and we began to head off. "Ok so how are you not in pain?" She asked
"Oh when I was in uni me, Tim, Vix, Joe and Mac n' cheese did this weird thing and basically learnt I have CIP in my left leg where he shot me."
"When have you had that?" J asked
"They think I had it when I was a kid and just never knew about it."
"Also who's Mac n' cheese?" Spencer asked
"Another friend of the group." I told before dialling Snipers number.
Once he picked up I spoke not letting him get the first word.

"Hey."
"You know you've called me quite a lot for someone who hates me."
"Yeah well my buddies told me I had to call you cause of a thing I was in."
"What thing?"
"Oh have you not seen the news?"
"I've been working all day."
"Well, funny story. Well funny now that we can look back at it."
"Brains what happened?"
"I may have been in a hostage situation again."
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU WERE IN A HOSTAGE SITUATION?!" He yelled making me pull my phone away from my ears.
"Scream louder I don't think I've lost my hearing yet. And I think it's pretty clear with what I mean when saying that. Look my team wanted me to call to tell you."
"And they were correct to want you to call me!"
"Look I am fine. No internal bleeding. Everything is fine."
"I'm coming to see you."
"For starters Bitch, you don't know where I live and I ain't giving you that info. Second of all do not come down to see me I will punch you."
"I am older here and I need to make sure your ok."
"I am fine Seal. Besides like I've said. You don't know where I live and I'm not going to tell you."
"I'll figure it out."
"Your too stupid for that, we both know that."
"Your lucky your my baby cousin or I wouldn't allow that."
"Yeah I know. You allowed me and Moose to get away with much more then you let the others get away with."
"I need to know you aren't hurt."
"Dude I am fine. They are taking me to the hospital to see if I was given a concussion from being hit with the pistol twice. It's fine."
"If I find out you have lied about how bad your injuries were I'm coming down."
"And I'll drop kick you."
"I'm calling you later Brains."
"Ok. I'll see how I'm feeling with answering it."
"Just be safe."
"I was just a fucken hostage dude."
"Well more safer then being a hostage. Bye."
"Bye Seal."

Once he hung the phone up I rested my head and looked towards the other two.
"Happy now?"
"Very." They told.
