ArmaDino is the pairing of former Predacon turn Maximal Dinobot and ex-Hunter turn ex-Maverick Armored Armadillo.

These two guy have actually a lot of things in common: both are mechanical being with animal theme which for DB is a Velociraptor and 'Dillo is an Armadillo; both are part of a sub-series (Beast Wars, Mega Man X) within a franchise (Transformers, Mega Man); both characters were created in the 90s; both were part of an enemy faction (Dinobot is a Predacon, Armadillo is a Maverick); both have weapons that can counter each other which are swords for Dinobot and shield for Armadillo; both have different mentality when fight, Dinobot with honor meanwhile Armadillo with loyalty.

In my Sonic Expanded Universe, made these two friendly rivals who offense butt head and fight but not violently. Dinobot see 'Dillo as a sparkless machine since he's not a true living beings mean 'Dillo see DB as a flawed creature due to his beast made and have organic part on his body. The two eventually get along as rivals but also great friends as they hang out with their friends Romeo and Wendy (Fairy Tail). Dinobot dislike Romeo & Wendy together but Armadillo think their cute and perfect together as he often defend. Both of them become part of my Crossover Couples as Dinobot is with Sheer (Dinosaur King) and Armadillo is with Nia (Pokken Tournament).

In my headcanon of Armadillo's past, he doesn't really due romance as he see being a Hunter is more important than girls, parties, or other stuff that have nothing to do with being a Maverick Hunter. In my headcanon of Dinobot's past, Dillonburg was a construction worker who have romance feeling for Gredator (a.k.a. Thunderhowl) but couldn't happen to laws against Maximal-Predacon marriage which led to DB have a huge hatred for what he learn on Earth LGBTQ as it reminds him of his dark and traumatic past.

So this pairing is my actual first crackship as it hilarious to think these who would be together. I deep hope you like this pairing. And also understand that I support LGBTQ, I think everyone should be open to one another and don't hide your true self. Dinobot hide his past by being a jerk, I'm sure some people hide their sexuality. Even my sister DatKaijuFan24, love this funny crack ship.
