In my Cinos Saga (Which includes The New Sonic Saga, Cinos Spinoff, and Cinos Aftermath), unlike the canon games I actually let the characters ages. The New Sonic Saga taken place Sonic Lost Worlds, then two years later the events of Sonic Forces happen, 18 Cinos the have lot of Spinoff adventures for the next year, then one year later the Aftermath happen as the Ultimate Crossover. Sorry but I won't discuss about Cinos Next Generation here as it the future.
Cinos The Werehog - 1 threw 16 due to him spending all those years on the Planet Primatopia which time happen faster and throw reason why he age fast, 17 and 18 in the rest of the New Sonic Saga, 19 in the Cinos Spinoff, and 20 in the Cinos Aftermath.
Sonic The Hedgehog - 15 in the games, 16 & 17 in the New Sonic Saga, 18 in the Cinos Spinoff, and 19 in the Cinos Aftermath.
Miles "Tails" Prowers - 8 in the games, 9 and 10 in the New Sonic Saga, 11 in the Cinos Spinoff, and 12 in the Cinos Aftermath.
