Here are the pairing of the 1st Generations of warriors which in game would have a child or children if they're together. Three additional pairing I add in which not part of the game mechanic due to almost even enough males and females.
Sorry for those who don't like these pairing or one of them.
Pairing I would do in-game
Chrom and Sumia
They have two daughters named Lucina and Cynthia
I like it due to my opinion that she and Lucina are similar but also the the opening animation of the game. Both members of the Shepards and it's parallel to the pairing Marth (Chrom's ancestor) and Caeda (Sumia is also a Pegasus knight)
Male Robin and Lucina
They have a daughter name Morgan
I like it due to GabeLeth on YouTube and also their relationship in the games as they defy Fate and she was going to kill him but didn't.
Donnel and Lissa
They have a son named Owain.
I like it due to both being one of the youngest characters and both have different life style, a farm boy and a princess.
Gaius and Olivia
They have a son named Inago
I like it due to a support conversation and that she called him "Babe" as a nickname.
Ricken and Maribelle
They have a son named Brady
I like it due both not being one of the youngest but also having noble background, he also rescue her from being executed.
Virion and Sully
They have a daughter named Kjelle
I like it due to the fact he keep flirting with her which she annoyed.
Stahl and Cordelia
They have a daughter named Severa
I like it due to a support conversation, both have opposite mentality being a scatterbrain and the genius, and both have opposite standard, average and not average
Lon'qu and Cherche
They have a son named Gerome
I like it due to to him being afraid of getting a woman if he might be in dangerous mean she is the most scariest one in the army, they both also protect royalty or high rank individuals
Henry and Panne
They have a son named Yarne
I like it due to him reminding her of her young brother and him having been close to animals which she is sorta ish like.
Libra and Miriel
They have a son named Laurent
I like it due to a support conversation and both have more unique personalities, both seem to have not much social.
Vaike and Tharja
They have a daughter named Noire
I like it due to the fact he wondered by she like Robin and not him and they both each have a relationship with the two main character, him being Chrom rival and her wanting Robin to be with her.
Gregor and Nowi
They have a daughter named Nah.
I like it due to him saving her from being sacrifice by his employer to a monster
Pairings not in the game so I did it anyway
Frederick and Anne
I like it due to him being opposite of their occupation a knight and a trickster which make it complicated, so their in unique mentioned of girl in the Fire Emblem wiki for him and the her recurring male counterpart is Jake who doesn't appear in Awakening
Kellam and Say'ri
I like it due to both having different backgrounds which is a poor family and high wealth family,
Basilio and Flavia
I like it due to being both rivals
