SUMMARY: When a date goes wrong, Taylor is right there to take care of you
***You and Taylor were out on the hillside of your mansion home, blacker spread across on the green as you were enjoying the remaining time together.
The picnic was Taylor's idea after telling her how picnics were one of your favorite things to do on the summer, as you have precious memories of picnic events from childhood. It was only getting started, as Taylor planned it out the day before while at the studio. After hearing of your stories going with your family to the park to feed the ducks leftover bread, she planned on doing that next.
The food prepared for it was beautiful! But once it was gone, both you and Taylor complained feeling sick because of how much you ate, and how you both longed for a nap, but you did no more than Taylor. Without a word, she she stands on her feet and stretches her hand out for you to take, only earning herself a funny look before saying anything more.
"Walk with me?"
"Where?"
"If you want to find out, than you ought to walk with me."
Accepting her outstretched hand, you were pulled up onto your feet as she started walking in the direction of the local park, but not before she grabbed the basket as if in a split second decision. It was towards the end of June, the weather was warm and as grateful as you were for Mother Nature bring you warm weather, the heat nearly killed you. It too warm for your liking, while it didn't seem to bother Taylor at all..as she would be looking for any excuse to wear her high waisted shorts. Once you had gotten on the path that leads you directly to the small, but fairly large pound, it didn't take you long to figure out what Taylor had in mind. She knew you all too well, as you know her just the same. So knowing that she would want this all to be a surprise, you remained silent holding her hand with a smile on your face. A lot of times during a circumstance such as this, the smile was usually fake because you knew most of the time what was really going on. This time; it was real.
As you were about to reach the pond, you suddenly somehow lose your footing and as as it happened in a matter of seconds, it happened so fast that Taylor just didn't have the time to catch you before making the impact, and it seems as you didn't have the time to save yourself as well.
But that didn't stop you from trying.
Going with your instincts firsthand, the only thing you could think of doing was to stick your arms straight out in an attempt to stop your fall before making the hard impact. It didn't do you any good, all it did was worse, causing to afflict injury upon you.
The impact was rough enough that it did Mrs damage than any good to you. At first, you had originally thought it was just a bad sprain in your wrist, but you would soon find out that it's more than that once Taylor took you to see a doctor about it. One minute, you were enjoying the quality time that was provided to you and Taylor and the next, you find yourself sitting on a table in the doctor's office as your wrist was getting a cast on. The right wrist suffered more damage than the left, and as of things couldn't get anymore difficult, your doctor was unsure whether or not you'd have to get an operation done on it.
As upsetting as this was, it was bearable at the same time with having Taylor by your side through it all.
