*** You often think back to when you and Taylor had met, realizing that back at the time, neither of you never had expected to have met the way you did.
The thing was, both you and Taylor had just come out of a relationship at the time and were devastated by it. You both unknowingly shared the same best friend and one of the best ways your friend had decided to help you through it, was to set you both up for a blind date and you were unsure of it at first. You just had your heart broken and it was a very debatable decision of you to make up your mind if you were in or out on this.
But eventually, your friend reassured you that you wouldn't be sorry if you had agreed to it and so, you went. It went very well and what you had gotten out of it was, there was just no way you could thank your friend and show her how much you appreciated her for this. That was the outcome of it, because by the end of it, you and Taylor wanted to see more of each other so you both walk away with exchanged phone numbers and you couldn't be happier. Taylor made you very happy, and while others say you could do better, you would always step in and defend your relationship and Taylor herself. It wasn't just the fans sadly, but some members of your family disagreed with this and suggested that you get out of the relationship as soon as you possibly can, but you refused. After meeting Taylor's parents, they gave you the same impression for the first little while, but after seeing how happy you made Taylor, they grew warm and comfortable with the thought of you together.
Though it took more time, it worked with the same way with your own family. Soon enough, you found yourself accepting Taylor's proposal as she asks you to move in with you. Before moving in with her, you often would take turns spending the weekends at each other's homes and this particular weekend, you were spending it at Taylor's. Weekends run by too fast, before you know it, it was Sunday night and you were packing up your overnight bag to get it ready for when you depart for home the following day. Taylor sits next to you on the soft bed, helping you fold everything as she speaks up.
"I don't want you to keep coming up here every other weekend, (Y/n)."
Your heart lifted as you understood where this was going, and you couldn't help but grin and finish the thought for her.
"Are you asking me to move in?"
"Yeah."
Taylor returns the smile and by the end of the month, you were bunking with Taylor.
During your last relationship, your girlfriend didn't seem to want to take the step in making these kinds of commitments with you. You knew that if you would be the first to make a move, the thought of her rejecting you before dumping you came to mind, so you didn't pay no mind to it at all. Even though you were with Taylor now, you were still healing from your last break up, but Taylor was quick to make everything better. In the meantime, you still made time for your friends and family, and when you were with at lunch with your friend, she asked how you and Taylor were doing and when she did, you couldn't shut up about everything.
"So.. how are things between you and Taylor?"
"Better then ever."
"Oh yeah?"
"Yeah! We're moved in now, and it's just going great!"
(F/n) couldn't help but laugh a little of your enthusiasm, that's just one of the things she loved about you.
When asked, you would always say you and Taylor were head over heels for each other, as you go on to share the story of how you had met. Everyone loved the story, and they loved how you and Taylor are together, you were truly meant for each other.
