You and Andrea both watch in amazement of the performance Taylor was putting on for the fans who came to see her.
Just like Taylor, you held a special place in your heart for her fans, and wanted to take care of them just as much as she did. Your favorite part of her concerts were when she would step off stage at the end of the show, taking time out of herself to meet them a little bit, hugging or taking a picture with them.
You had brought this up to Taylor on several occasions, and she thought that was really sweet of you, knowing that you truly meant it when you said it. Taylor had just finished the last song on her setlist, and as you were waiting for her to step off stage, you were taken back by surprise as she makes an unusual request for your appearance. Without hesitation, you follow through and grant her request, seeing that she was waiting for you on stage, holding her hand out for you to take. Which you do, of course as there would never be a moment in your life that you would reject her hand stretching out for you and for you only. As you begin to walk off stage, you suddenly felt shy as you feel eyes on you from the crowd. Then you realize this was an opportunity for you to join your girlfriend in doing what she loves to do, which was meeting the fans.
You watch with admiration as she hugs them, takes pictures with them, and even as she gives them some of her jewelry and guitar picks she used tonight.
As you follow along, you hear the crowd get more excited once they see you and the next thing you know, they were screaming your name and you followed through what Taylor would do. You hugged them, took pictures, giving them a big smile as you didn't have anything on you to give them personally. But in their eyes, your love and swing you in person was present enough. Just as quick as it started, it was over just as quick and you're now finding yourself walking back to Andrea with Taylor, holding hands along the way.
Once you got to Andrea, you couldn't help but not stop smiling. You weren't going to be too pushy, but you hoped that this experience is something Taylor would give back to you in the future once more. That whole experience of meeting fans together was what made the whole night special, and it gave you a little more of a taste of what Taylor's life was like before she had met you.
"Thank you for letting me have that experience with you, Taylor. I will never forget it."
"Oh, it was my pleasure, honey. But don't worry, there's going to be more of that experience in your future."
Both you and Taylor spent a while just talking about it and how it made you feel.
Just talking about it had you reliving the moment, and that only made you look forward to that experience more in the future, as you counted on Taylor's words of promise.
