harley laid in her and her clown boyfriend's bed shivering it was the beginning of winter and she was already cold looking over at her boyfriend beside her she sighed trying to get closer to him without waking him up he had been extremely busy that day so she wanted him to get some rest without her bothering him after about 5 minutes she decided to give up she curled into a ball trying to warm herself up 

the joker woke up feeling shivering from behind him ''pumpkin is that you'' he asked opening his eyes after hearing a muffled ''mmhm'' come from her he rolled over so he was facing her ''did you have a nightmare honey'' he questioned moving to rub her back ''it's too cold puddin'' harley said still shivering ''want to come and cuddle with daddy'' he offered ''please mistah J'' ''okay come over here'' he said opening his arms  

she crawled into his arms putting her head on his tattooed chest curling up as he wrapped his arms around her small body the woman sighed contently at the feeling of warmth and safety ''oh harls you're freezing'' joker said ''why didn't you come cuddle over here'' he asked she always wants to cuddle ''i didn't want to wake you up'' she said feeling a bit stupid ''you know i hate when you're cold''  '' i know puddin but-'' ''shhhh'' he cut her off putting his finger on her lips ''daddy doesn't want to hear an excuse right now babydoll'' he added sternly harley nodded her head shamefully ''you're not in trouble pumpkin'' J said the blonde looked back up again her baby blue eyes looking up at him ''we need to get you warmed up'' he said moving away from the topic harley snuggled closer to him and he tightened his arms around her as joker made a mental note to get some more blankets for her she gets cold very easily it amazes him how she can wear hot pants and a crop top in the summer and somehow not get freezing

 ''hmmm'' joker purred he loved cuddling with her sometimes he just needs to be in private to show a lot of affection that's not a kiss on the head or having her sat on his lap ''harls'' ''hm'' ''come over here next time okay'' ''okay puddin'' harley said in reply ''good girl'' he said stroking platinum blond her hair which made her giggle ''thank you puddin'' ''you're too sweet for me doll'' he admitted ''awww mistah J if anything i don't deserve you'' ''no i don't deserve you'' 'nuh ah'' joker rolled his eyes at her childish behaviour he really thought she was too sweet for him he thought he was incapable of being loved yet alone loving someone back until she came in with a doctor's coat and cute black glasses and showered him with cuddles and kisses telling him how much she loved him it took losing her for 2 years to realise how much he needed her he was lost without her and he will never let her go again
