Joker and Harley oneshots and headcanons.

Headcannons

• Joker doesn't understand why some men are "Ashamed" when their girlfriends or wives wear revealing clothing, he couldn't care less what Harley wore, hell, he admired her for her confidence, he knew it was rare for women to be as comfortable in their bodies as she was and he applauded her for it, sure he's possessive but it's her own body, why should he care what she put on it.

• (I think I've made it pretty obvious in my one-shots that I think they do this but whatever.)
J loves babying Harley and cradling her and she loves it just as much as him, he particularly does it a lot if she got hurt in a fight or is in a bad mood to cheer her up. "Aww, my poor little baby Harley, little little baby so much hurt, sweet thing." Harley can't help but smile when he does this no matter how bad of a mood she's in.

•If Harley's asleep and Joker's still awake, he'll try and braid her hair, it never actually becomes a braid but he just likes playing with her hair so he does it anyway.

• Harley makes her own earrings along with other types of jewellery and if J goes out and sees something that he thinks she could use (Type of wire, pack of craft gems, clips, etc) he'll pick it up then give it to her when he gets back as a little gift.

• In their house, they have a training room with things to practice fighting, punching bags, gym equipment, etc and there's a dance side for Harley with poles, chains like in her cage at the club, aerial silks, and other things to help her practice routines and tricks. J sometimes likes to watch her practice, admiring her strength as she used her poles or her silks.

• In winter, J basically forces Harley to take more of the blanket than him, insisting that, "i don't mind the cold, you need to stay warm." After bickering about who should take the blanket they both agree on having one each....and then once Harley's asleep J puts his blanket over her.

• it's very rare that they argue with each other, but when they do it always ends with them snuggling on the couch, whispering apologies to each other and working out their problem in a way that they both prefer, why sit down and talk when you can be on your partner's chest with your arms around each other in a heap of blankets with a shared favourite show on in the background and patiently work things out.

• Harley likes to blast music on full volume with her headphones on and in result J has to basically scream at her for her to hear him. (I do this and my mum has to literally bang on my door for ages when she needs me for something)

• if someone threatens to hurt Harley which is rare because most people know it's not worth it, J will watch over her and keep her close to him 24/7, he'd only go to sleep when he physically couldn't stop himself and when he woke up he'd immediately look for Harley, if she got up before him his heart would skip a beat then start racing until he found her in the kitchen or bathroom, out of harm's way.
