"The Marie Incident" you sighed.

"When?"

"During intercourse"

You see him spit out his tea.

"Yeah, I know. Hurt like a bitch"

"I thought for females it tends to hurt when-"

"That's not what I mean idiot!"

Levi's face turned red as he began to cough out his awkwardness.

"For a Smart mouth you can be really stupid you know that" you said as you made way to the library.

"Shut it" he retorted following behind you.

Entering the library you both set off and plopped yourselves in front of the burning fire. A drink in each pair of hands, warming them up.

You both stared into the fire as a warm comfortable silence wrapped around the two of you. You had definitely missed his presence.

Levi felt relived finally being able to talk to you again. As much as he hated to admit it, he enjoyed and missed socializing with you. Your humor was practically the same as his for the most part. The only different between the both of you was the way you both carried yourselves in the public eye. But like best friends, One was the yin to the other's yang. You were the good in his bad and he was the bad in your good. And that's the way it should always should be, a perfect balance.

You sat thinking about the argument you had with Levi. You couldn't help but feel awful for mentioning his friends during it, you knew how much they meant to him and how hard it is for him to open up to others, especially in order to make friends. Usually he just follows you around and you social for the both of you.

The guilt began eating you as you continue to think about the argument. After a few more moments of silence you finally spoke up as you kept your stare at the dancing flames in front of you.

 "I'm sorry about your friends"

"I'm sorry about Erwin"

Both your heads turned to look at each other with realization of Deja Vu. You both blinked at each other before you bust out laughing, remembering the same scene that played out a few years ago.

"You know, I had started missing your filthy presence around me"

"Oh really?"

"Yeah, I thought if I hanged with the brats you'd be force to socialize with me"

"We both know you enjoy their company" you smirked at him.

"The only one I can manage to stand is the quiet one"

"Marco?"

"Yeah, Mario"

"Marco"

"Yeah whatever"

---

You and Levi walked down the hall to approach your offices,a conversation still in full bloom

"Yeah Sasha walked in on me"

"And?"

"Well I looked at her in the eyes and told her to go tell anyone. I told her no one was gonna believe her."

You snickered, "Did anyone believe her?"

"No and they never will" he said satisfied.

You couldn't help but laugh at his stupid grin.
