Re: Miss Eleanora Brandon Boo Dean

Dear Miss Dean,

I have been appointed by Mr. Hero Fiennes Tiffin to correspond with yourself on his behalf over matters of concern to the above-named child.

Mr. Fiennes Tiffin has informed myself that although you had initially informed him back at the beginning of your pregnancy that he was the father of your unborn child and allowed him access to her in the hospital after her birth at which point they formed a father daughter bond, you then registered your daughters birth without naming him as the father which he had expected to be done.

Due to the actions taken by yourself my client feels they were done to prevent him from being able to be a father, he has been left with no other choice except to instruct us to guide him through the legal process to gain Eleanora's rights to a relationship with her father.

I am officially requesting on his behalf that a paternity test is conducted to establish whether Eleanora is his genetic daughter. Mr. Fiennes Tiffin asks that you authorise the DNA test to take place at the earliest opportunity to prevent any complications in the paternal bond that he feels he has already established with Eleanora.

All financial costs will be covered by my client and will take place at a private facility.

If this request is ignored or refused, I will be left with no other choice except to advise my client to begin the process to gain a court ordered paternity test instead.

Mr. Fiennes Tiffin wishes to take responsibility for Eleanora upon proof of his paternity both financially and paternally whilst supporting you in your journey as a parent.

I will await your response which I request is done in a timely manner before we make our request to the courts.

Yours Sincerely

Author Notes

So this is the letter Hero had been holding onto, did her hope to not have to hand it over or was he just waiting till the right moment to drop the bomb on Emily?

Do you agree with his actions or do you think Emily is right to stop his contact with Eleanora?

I really look forward to your opinions, I am working on Emily's reaction so let me know so I can consider your opinions on how I take things forward.
