Dear Ms Dean

I am writing to confirm the courts final decision in the custody case between yourself and Mr Fiennes Tiffin about your daughter Ms Eleanora Dean.

We took note of your wishes to place Eleanora up for adoption, and how you had come to the decision to no longer wish to parent her and how you felt that it was the best decision in your opinion for Eleanora's future. The evidence that you put forward against Mr Fiennes Tiffin, his past life decisions, and his initial part within your pregnancy and then the arrival of the baby from that pregnancy. Along with all the efforts you have made to improve your mental health at the request of the court to help with your side of this case.

The case that Mr Fiennes Tiffin brought to the court was a strong one, he had spoken clearly about his desire to be apart of his daughters upbringing even after the fight he had to confirm his paternity and of course we gave him the opportunity to prove to the court that he would be able to meet the requests with evidence that he would be able to provide the right amount of care for Eleanora along with support from both his and your family. Once your request to the court to allow the adoption to take place was sent to the court Mr Fiennes Tiffin continued to provide the court with evidence that he could raise Eleanora alone and that he would remain open to coparenting with yourself later if the possibility were left available to yourself.

After considering all the evidence and the efforts made it is the courts decision to order as follows.

Eleanora will remain in the custody fulltime of her father Mr Fiennes Tiffin with sole responsibility being granted for authorising any official documents any official documents and decisions about her health unless these rights are contested by Ms Dean within the next 28days with the court.

We order that Ms Dean; the child's mother be allowed visitation and we recommend that this takes place via a mediator which the court is happy to be a mutual friend or a member of either sides family.

The court orders that Mr Fiennes Tiffin keeps Ms Dean informed on all health matters and important decisions although he will not require permission from her to make these decisions.

Child maintenance has been agreed via the court and Mr Fiennes Tiffin is happy to financially support Eleanora without any contributions from Ms Dean but has agreed that he would accept any financial help or gifts that Ms Dean offers.

Eleanora will be cared for in the beginning at the London home of her grandmother whilst her father finds a permanent residence for them both. It is understood that the residence that Miss Dean currently resides is jointly owned with Mr Fiennes Tiffin and that plans to make this a possible base alongside the London residence that was left in the last will and testament of Mr Brandon Fallows to Eleanora is something that will be decided upon and put into place at a future date.

If Ms Dean decides that she would like shared custody in the future the court will reassess this order and come to a mutual agreement that works for both parties involved as well as Eleanora.

Ms Dean can apply to the courts at the right time to have her parental responsibilities removed indefinitely if that is something that she decides is the right thing for Eleanora.

We find that this is the final decision of the courts in the matter and once the 28-day period from the date of this letter has lapsed we will close the case and send out all the necessary paperwork to both parties.
