Alex's POV:

we were in a taxi and was headed to our hotel. I told Meghan that Harry wants us to check in with him every day in the exact time of 4:00 to make sure nothing happened. Gathering intel was our only objective. We arrived to out hotel and our taxi driver came to a halt, me and Meghan got out and grabbed our bags

"Gracias Señor" I thanked the driver and gave him his fare

Meghan: "Harry told you the name of our check-in ?" I nodded

"Javier Bardem" (don't hate me if you get the reference...)

We walked in to the receptionist, I told her the name and she gladly handed us the key cards. We got up our room, It was actually bigger than I thought, slightly smaller than a suite, but it'll work. And we had a view on the resort, mainly, the swimming pool. After we were situated, I saw Meghan staring out the window at the pool

"Our work doesn't start till tomorrow, Meg. We can go swim if you want ?" She turned around

Meghan: "No. This isn't a vacation, we're here to work. Besides, I didn't bring a swimsuit" I laughed at her comment

"Let's go eat, I know you're hungry"

Meghan: "you dont say" she smiled

We were eating at the buffet. Lots of people and their families were here. Meghan was just staring into the crowd, I could till that something is on her mind

"Can I ask you something ?" She looked at me and gave me her gorgeous beautiful smile

Meghan: "sure"

"After the White Masks, what're you going to do ?" She took a few seconds to think about it

Meghan: "I dunno, maybe retire, get a job in the government back home. What about you ?" I also took a few seconds to think, then I turned to her

"I was a civilian when Harry picked me up, Delta paid me very well but I was still living with my mom because I didn't know the life I wanted after Delta. But right now, I still dont know the life I want. But I know no matter what it is, I'm fine of it was with you" her face had a wide small

Meghan: "so if we retire from Rainbow, you'll be ok with moving to ocean side cali with me ?"

"Its beautiful, so yeah. if there is where you'll be going. I'll follow you wherever you go if that's ok with you" she still had her smile which made me happy

Meghan: "over the years since I worked with Rainbow, The old Six sent me on vacations to anywhere in the world, anywhere I pick. But my vacation was always the same"

"Ocean Side California" she nodded

Meghan: "I'm a classic gal. All I need is home" I smiled. I noticed that she had a smudge of chocolate on her side of her mouth

"Stay still for me" I reached over and cleaned it off of her face

"Chocolate fudge" she smiled. I was done with my food and I was just waiting on her to finish

"Ya know, my mom knows about you and me" she looked up at me

Meghan: "really ? How ?"

"When you kept on taking her calls and assured her that I was ok, she said that I should ask you out and that she already approves. Then I told her that we're already together"
