Alex's POV:

Everything feels so... surreal right now. one minute I was trying to get all those people out of that factory, the next minute was fighting 'The Elites' and the other minute, I was fighting through everything and everyone just to get to Oliver before he could use his Nuke. and at the final minute, being arrested, and eventually going to prison

The verdict came out yesterday. And now ? I was wearing a simple black suit, the kind you wear when you're on a funeral

Oliver was like... a father to us, the kind of father I lost when my grandfather died. And Henry, he was the big brother I never had, the kind of brother who would easily stand up to your bullies on a normal school day. And John - who we always called Hanz, was the kind of person who would let you have your own fun. But if that same fun was going to come and bite you or us in the ass ? That's where Hanz comes in, just to keep you from all the troubles you brought on yourself and scolding you later on. He kept Travis from all the trouble-fun mix he always did. And boy did he keep him from alot of troubles, not all of them

Travis was the prankster out of all of us. Once, he targeted Oliver for a whole month for his pranks. Pouring salt in his morning coffee, putting whipped cream on his dorm's bed, messing with his guns - which resulted in one of his ARs to jam in the middle of a mission. But when Travis gets serious ? He gets his tiger eyes on, just by saying 'Game face on' which grew on me and in time was something I always said before a mission. MJ was the kind of guy who is laid back, and has his fun with Travis at times, but wasn't that extreme like him

and then there was me. Every one of those guys treated me like I was their younger brother, and in return, I treated them as my older brothers, with Oliver being our father figure. That's why we called him 'All Father'

Man... I had one helluva family... but now every one of them are six feet under, and their grave were right infront of me

I was at a veteran cemetery in the afternoon, the cemetery which housed Henry's grave, Travis' grave, Hanz's grave, and MJ's grave. And now joins them Oliver, who I buried just half in hour ago

I stood over them, reading every word their gravestones said

Henry's grave read '𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒖𝒔𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒅 𝒇𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓'

Travis's read '𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒐𝒏, 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒅 𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒆'

MJ's read '𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒖𝒔𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓'

Hanz's read '𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒉𝒖𝒔𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓

And Oliver's just read his date of birth, and date of death. He had no one, no wife, no son nor daughter, no brother nor sister, just an empty gravestone that had nothing but his full name and his dates

I heard footsteps walking along the neatly cut green grass from behind me. I didn't care to look away from their graves as this person was finally behind me. I had my hands in my pockets and felt a hand brushing against my back softly

Meghan: "he's resting in peace, now that he's with the rest" she said softly as she was now next to me, her hand still on my back

Meghan. The woman I wish they all met, was wearing a black smooth funeral dress. Tears slowly started to  stream down my cheeks as I had my focus on Oliver's gravestone, more specifically, the empty space that should've read something
