Lucien's eyes widened as his chest throbbed after seeing Vladimyr running into the burning mansion.
She was stopped by other firefighters and police officers helping them, but Vladimyr knocked them down one by one easily. She's extremely determined and angry. None of them can stop her.
What the fck?!
“V-Vladimyr? Vladimyr stop! ” Lucien called as he quickly followed Vladimyr's direction. He immediately grab her by the waist to stop her and keep her away from the burning part of the house.
"Vladimyr stop! What the hell are you planning to do?" He cursed. Suppressing his anger and worries. He glare at Vladimyr.
" Ano? Ano pa eh 'di Ililigtas ko mga anak ko! Ano pa ba? " Galit sa singhal ni Vlad. Tinitigan niya si Lucien ng masama habang tinutulak palayo.
" Paano ka nakasigurado na nandyan pa sila? "
" Paano ka rin nakasiguro na wala sila dyan? "
"Vlad please wag kang magpadalos-dalos. "
" Paano ko gagawin 'yon? Sabihin mo sa akin paano ko gagawin 'yon kung hindi ko alam kung nasaan ang mga anak ko o kung ligatas ba sila? " she desperately shouts at him. Crying.
Mariing pumikit si Lucien at ikinulong sa mga bisig niya si Vladimyr. Naintindihan niya ang nararamdaman nito.
Vladimyr's fist was strong, he couldn't deny it. He had tasted the blow of its slap several times.
But he could not be defeated in its struggle. He needs her to be safe and their baby.
Running these far is not good for it's state. And it worries Lucien more.
"Kailangan ko silang mahanap! Mababaliw ako kapag may nangyaring masama sa kanila!"
Vladimyr growled angrily at Lucien. She is shaking and trembling as she cries her heart. Its eyes were filled with fear and immeasurable concern. The whole body trembled, not knowing what to do.
She struggles to return to the blazing fire to save her children while crying.
Lucien felt his heart squeeze to see Vladimyr like that. Her toughness disappeared at this moment like it never existed and was replaced by agitated mother.
"Believe me, naiintidihan kita. But, you can't gamble. We both have no idea if they are there or not."
She groans as loudly as if it were the end of the world. He doesn't want to see Vladimyr like this. The one who is swallowed up by fear. He wants to avoid seeing her breaking down like this. He wanted her smile. Her bright smile.
"Anongvgusto mong gawin ko, Luvien? Anong gusto mong gawin ko? Hindi ako pwedeng maghintay lang dito!" Pagmumumilit ni Vladimyr. Shoving Lucien off of her and struggling to get away from him.
Lucien took a deep breath and then put Vladimyr aside. He gave her a kiss on the lips, then stared into the eyes.
“Stay here, okay. I will not let you go there. Ako na lang ang titingin. I will find them. ” he said in a soothing tone.
Like a brightly lit candle, Lucien witnessed how Vladimyr go limp and weak.
No matter how strong and tough Vlad is, she still a loving mother. Deep into his heart, he felt lucky to witnessed her weak side. But, it doesn't mean he is also happy to see her hurting and terrified like this.
Trusting and putting all her hopes on his promise. Lucien brushed the latter's wet cheeks.
“Save them Luvien! Save them, I beg you! I will do everything you want, just save my children.” she beg between her miserable sobs. Her eyes filled with tears.
“I will… I will baby. I love you. ”
He mumbles then turned his back to find the children.
Lucien clenched his fist tightly when he heard Vladimyr's miserable cry again before he walked away. It was as if a knife was stabbing his heart over and over again.
He was pained to hear the suffering of the woman he loved because of this incident. This was the first time and this will also be the last time he would hear Vladimyr hurtful cry again.
Lucien let out a deep sigh to gather the courage to look for Vladimyr's children. But he was stunned and immediately burst into tears when he saw what he did not expect.
His tears suddenly fell as he smiled incredulously at the sight.
"My God! Guys!" Lucien uttered in a rough voice as they swarmed him with their hugs.
"Uncle!" almost simultaneously the children said in unison as they cry.
Lucien immediately hugged them tightly and caressed their cheeks. He couldn't believe in his eyes that the children was there and safe. His heart pounding rapidly as he cries with happiness.
“Your mommy has been looking for you. She's really worried. ”
“Where is mommy, uncle?” sobbing Drakaina asked.
Lucien immediately pointed to Vladimyr's position. The children hurried towards their mother as they call her. He is glad to see the children rushing towards her.
Vladimyr immediately greeted the children with a big hug as soon as she got close to them.
Her cries grew louder as she hugged them tightly in her arms.
She felt like she hadn’t seen them for so long and almost loose her hopes. But now that her children are here, she is the happiest mother in the world.
"Thank God! Thank god you are safe my children! Mommy loves you so much! I love you so much! I can't stand if something bad happened with all of you! Thank you! Thank you! ” Vladimyr uttered simultaneously as she cry between each sobs.
"We love you too mommy!"
"I love you mommy!"
“Don’t cry please I don’t want to see you cry mommy! I love you! ”
Her children also muttered one after another while crying. She hugged them tight again as if she didn't want to let go.
‘Thank god ... He saved you from this incident...’
