Months of torment from the Sauveurs, and the Phantom Thieves have finally took the chance to fight back. After a tense between Ren and Aoyama. Aoyama declares war, and Ren leads the charge of the Phantom Thieves to stop him. They fought tooth and nail against the Sauveur's forces as Ren confronts Aoyama one-to-one. It so happens to be that Aoyama has pinned them according to plan.
After an intense duel, it successfully stalled the Phantom Thieves. A returning phenomenon has resurfaced. The Dark Hour.
The impending doom to the many lives in Japan is now imminent. It's a race against time for The Phantom Thieves to stop Aoyama from reshaping the planet into his vision of "rebirth" the world and humanity itself as his way of salvation.
The stakes will be high, as it is no heart that can be stolen and changed. But a great return of a very formidable enemy who was close to giving the promised result of what the Dark Hour had.
