**Timeline: The Past.**
**About: Kathy, her friends, her EX and child.**

Kathy admired herself in the mirror, she wearing a simple suit that wasn't too over the top,"Mommy?", Kathy looked down and saw her little angel,"Where are you going?", Kathy smiled and picked him up,"Mommy has to deal with something for a bit, but you'll get to play with your friends while Mommy deals with it.", Karl nods, smiling at the idea of playing with them again.

They arrived at the courthouse, Karl immediately seeing Sapnap and Alistair,"Friends!", Herobrine rubbed his eyes from behind his sunglasses,"Still early for this.", "Tell me about it. The son of a gun wants this done as soon as he can, let me guess; Veronica couldn't look after him?","Nope, she's off to a meeting with her family.", Kathy nods, a man approached them and appeared to be their lawyer,"Morning you all, I'm glad you could make it.", Kathy nods, the lawyer looked at the kids who were just staring at him. . . In a very calm but creepy way in his opinion.
"Hi, Mister.", the lawyer gave a smile before looking up at him,"I'm guessing there was no babysitter.", "Nope. People were busy or not there.", Lawyer nods,"It won't be an issue, they'll just be in another room during this case.", Kathy nods and followed the lawyer in with her friends/witnesses.

"The Court Is Now In Session.", Kathy took the stand, glaring down at his husband who sat there with a smug grin,"Kathy, do you know why you here today.", "I am being accused of not letting my husband see my child.-", "OUR child.", Kathy glared, Alexander folding his arms with a smirk,"Is it true that your son is his?", "Yes.", "Why is it that you kept him from seeing his child?", Kathy folded her arms,"Because my husband cheated on me 3 months into my pregnancy with him, so it only fitted that he never met him."

The court went back and forth, both sides having points on which side was guilty but Kathy kept eyeing Hero and Bad, seeing Herobrine kept readjusting his glasses or brushing his finger against his knuckles and if he was fidgeting, she knew shit would go down if this kept up.
"Why not bring in the kid.", Kathy turned to Alexander,"Hell no! You don't drag him into this bull!", "Order.", they turned to the judge,"Bring in the boy, let me make the decision.", Kathy groans, turning to Bad who nods and goes to get Karl.

He came back with Karl, who looked like he had fallen asleep or something but Kathy took notice of Sapnap hugging his dad's leg in an attempt to stop him from taking Karl.
"Karl, baby.","Mommy!", Karl was put down and ranbto Kathy, who scooped him up in her arms,"Hey.", Karl took the notice of the man in front of them,"Who's that.", "This is. . . Your father.", Karl titled his head, Kathy put him down and let Karl make the decision if he wants to meet him.
Alexander knelt down, smiling at his Karl, Karl stared blankly at the man,"Hey, kiddo. . . You dunno, how long I have waited to meet you.", Karl continued to not answer, looking at his mom a few times for guidance,"You can choose dear, if you want to meet him. He's right there.", Karl turned back to Alexander only his appearance had changed, he was covered in blood, his face was blacked out with the words.
"Murder"
Karl screamed and ran to his mom, shocking the court but the two parents seemed just confused but Kathy had more worry,"Karl, baby, what's wrong??", "Red Stuff! Red Stuff!", they all turned to Alexander, who didn't have a spot of red on him,"The hell. ..", "Madam, is the kid himself alright?", Kathy picks Karl up,"It may be nightmares, he has a case of insomnia and he just woke up right Bad?", "Yeah.", the Judge nods, Kathy took off the eyepatch and Alexander thought it may help his case, but it only hide his abnormal eye which freaked him out but did his best to not show it.
"Your honour, if I may.", the attention was turned to Hero, and Kathy bit her lip knowing shit was going down when he spoke up,"The woman, that this fucker had am affair with, her name was Mary Lee Moore. She was killed the same day Kathy was supposed to go into labour, is that true?", with that Hero sat down and the tension was worse, Kathy held Karl close and backed away from Alexander who smiled and laughed,"You can't possibly think I did that!", "Order! Bring in the case files if Mary Lee Moore.", with that this court case dragged on longer than Alexander had hoped for.

The judge read through the case files of the murder, and it did take place the same day Karl was born and Alexander had been suspected of the murder but he was dismissed.

The Judge looked up at Alexander,"Where were you when the murder happened of Mary?", "I was at work.", "How odd, cause now giving this case a new look there is a clear photo of you leaving work 2 hours before she died.", the whole room stared at him for an answer, Kathy backed up holding her child close to her and Bad knew Hero was ready to fight if this man tired anything.
". . ."
Alexander suddenly darted out, trying to run,"Oh no you don't.", with a flick of his hand, Alexander was sent up in the air and hit the ceiling before chasing down on the floor while many wanted to know who did that, Bad and Kathy knew Hero did them a favour.

Alexander was arrested for murder and was to pay the child support with the on he had in his bank account.
It was later found out that he wanted to sue Kathy for not letting him see the son he never met or even talked about till this day.
Techno, Philza and Sam met up with them with the kids, Techno flipped off Alexander as he was put in a truck and made Kathy laughed,"Fuck him.", Philza sighed and turned to the kids,"Why don't we play in the park for a bit.", the kids immediately ran towards the park, having Philza and Sam follow close behind them.

Herobrine finally took off his glasses,"Finally.", Kathy chuckled as he knew Hero hated wearing sunglasses because just the feeling of something over his eyes irritated him for some reason.
"So, with that asshole gone, you should definitely feel more free.", "Mhm. I just wonder what made Karl scream, he seemed so scared and all.","Wish I knew myself.", it may have been a cause of a nightmare or just waking up and being tried but something in her gut told her otherwise.
At least Techno wasn't in the room, he would have just killed Alexander with no hesitation.
