*AU Explanation*
•Foolish is a detective that works in the force, but he was known to be a cold man after an unspoken incident involving his unknown Partner•
•When evidence starts to raise about the whereabouts of his Partner and even who did, so now Foolish is on a mission to find a rescue his Partner•

"Finally we get a Bulletproof vests!", Tommy held his arms out like a T-Pose as a cop made sure it was secure on him,"Boy, you are to keep this on at all times when you come to your intern every day, you hear me?", ";-; Yes sir.", he finished and moved onto Ranbo, as he was noticeably struggling with the vest.
Tubbo smiled as he showd off his,"I'm now a fucking Tank.", "Hell yeah, Bitch!", as Tommy did a spin, Ranboo finally got his adjusted and sighed with relief,"You good son, just a requirement.", Ranboo nods, as the older cop left them to chat and probably get them a Mentor for their work experience in the force.
Suddenly they noticed the chatting of the other cops died down, looking over they saw a man come out of an office that had blinds covering the window and the room seemed completely dark.
The man was taller, brown hair with gold tips, green eyes that seemed dull, dark circles under his eyes and had a detective uniform on.
". . ."
He grabbed coffee and went back in his office, the place looked around before they slowly began to talk again.
The teens were confused, looking at one another as their advisor came back over,"What was that about?", "Hm?", "Some tall guy left the office over there and everyone went dead quiet.", the older cop made a face, looking around before he lowered his voice as he lead the teens to another room,"Don't mind him, boys. . . He's Detective Foolish WasTaken, he's just. . . Going through some things, just don't test his patience with snark, looking at you Mr Innit.", Tommy made a look of offence, Tubbo looked concerned and Ranboo was writing this all down to remember.

In the office, only two lamps lit up the room and sat on his desk.

Foolish stared down at the pictures in front of him, shuffling through pictures, newspapers and evidence that laid out all over his desk.
Foolish picked up a photo, immediately putting it down after a moment as it felt like the photo burned his fingertips.
Foolish poured himself a light glass of alcohol, he was a wreck and he knew it but at least he wasn't drinking away like a mad person.
. . .
He nearly did. But thanks to his little brother and dads, they stopped him but they couldn't stop him from slowly killing with light alcohol and the periodical smoke.
*Ring*
Foolish put his glass down, picking up his phone and resting his eyes as he rubbed his head,"Hello?. . .", "Hey, Foolish. I'm sorry for calling you at work, but Sam and I have been caught up in work do you mind picking Dream and make sure he gets home safely.", "Will do.", Foolish said bye and hung up, resting his head on the desk and trying to gather himself.

He had one glass, it was a light alcohol and he was tired.
But he wanted to make sure Dream gets home safely.

Dream sat outside his school as he got a text from Foolish saying he will be there soon.
"Hey, Dream."
Dream looked up and saw Sapnap and George,"Hey.", "Wanna come over to my house for a bit?", Dream shook his head,"Both parents are working. They want me at home.", "Ugh. Sucks to be you.", Dream rolled his eyes as they left, he understood the overprotection from his parents and brother, so he never argued against them and understood it was for his own good.
*Honk*
Dream looked up from his phone and saw Foolish's car, he got up and jogged over to the car and got in the backseat,"Hey, Bro.", "Hey, sorry I'm late, traffic.", Dream nods, putting his seat belt on as Foolisu drove off to their house to drop Dream off, he had a nightshift as well as their parents and Dream was trusted alone.
"Sorry, we're all working late again Dream.", "It's okay, I understand.", Foolish nods, as they drove through a green light and down the road.

"Bye Punz and Callahan!"
They left Sapnap's place for the night, both tired from playing video games with him and George.
"Well, that was fun! You were great!", Callahan nods as a thanks, still trying to get the hang of Sign Language,"Anyway, want to stay over with me for the night? It is late and your parents are out?", Callahan shrugged, nodding in agreement to stay with Punz for the night.
*Bang*
They both jump, seeing ahead of them a body and a hooded person in a hood holding a gun.
"Get the detective in the truck, move locations before his Partner gets another lead."
Punz and Callahan were in frozen shock to see and hear a gun, a dead body and the mention of a detective.
And then they see two more hooded people carrying an unconscious bloodly person in the back of the truck.

Suddenly the one holding the gun sees them, Callahan broke from his shock and grabbed Punz by his arm and they both took off sprinting the opposite direction!
"GET THEM! NO WITNESS!"
And two hooded people ran after the two teens!

Punz and Callahan booked it down the street!
They heard the distant footsteps behind them,"Where do we go?!", Callahan pointed ahead and they saw ahead Niki's Bakery, seeing it was open they rushed inside and practically slammed the door shut!
"Guys?! It's closing hours-", Niki was surprised see Punz and Callahan looking scared as hell and practically ducked behind the counter,"Shhh! Niki, we need an escape! We saw and heard something we shouldn't have seen or heard. . .!", Niki jumped to hear someone knocking on the door,"Get out through the back.", they nod and as Niki went over to the door, they crawled over to the back door and as quietly as they could, they opened the door and got out and closed again.

Once out, they take a breather before they start running again!
"To the police station!"

The police station was filled with little people, Foolish being no expectation as he refilling his cup of coffee and could feel the stares on him.
But who can blame him?
He wasn't the same Foolish they knew, that Foolish was locked up a long time ago.
*CRASH BANG*
They all jumped, turning to see two teenagers had barged in and was completely out of breath,"Oi, kids. You know you should be at home.-", "WE NEED HELP!", Punz coughed as he took a moment after that, Callahan just tired to breath normally as Punz did the talking,"We were walking home from a friend's house. . .! We saw someone get shoot. . . Someone injured and in a truck. . .! They kept chasing us. . .!", Punz breathed out, coughing again as the cops looked at them and each other for a few moments, but they knew these teens weren't lying.
"Alright, get water for them and sit them down."
Cops nod, Foolish takes them to sit down,"Anything else, did you hear or see anything?", Punz and Callahan nods, both taking the class of water,"The leader. . . They mentioned something about a Detective's Partner. . . I think the person has a partner and is a cop.", all cops froze and turned to them immediately,"They were moving location for an unknown reason with the body. . .", all cops looked at Foolish, and some could have sworn they saw his eyes light up a little.
