{Detective AU 2/3}

Foolish was silent, the teens were being questioned about what they saw and heard to the other cops.
Officer Boomer looked over at him,"You think it was them?", " . . . More than anything. I want it to be them more than anything.", Boomer nods, understanding Foolish's desire for this to be a lead to finding his missing partner.
"We got a address to where they saw the van, we'll head out tomorrow morning and begin the investigation.", officers nod, agreeing with the plan.

Though Foolish stayed back, wanted to look at this again with a fresh look on the case.
Foolish wanted it to be them, he wanted it so badly and he was going to get to the bottom of it and make those pay for everything.

The street was closed off, reporters trying to get the story of this and, of course, citizens also watching.
Some in shock to see Detective Foolish out, because he hasn't gotten out much since the incident.
"Sir!"
Foolish and the cops turned and saw one opened this shut down garage, upon opening it they were met with the stench of blood and rotting meat.
"Holy fuck. . ."
It must have been turned into their own hideout, they move locations every so often as too not get caught.
Foolish and the cops immediately enter, bagging evidence and taking blood samples, then a cop holds up something,"Detective.", Foolish looks up, in the cop's hand was a Police Badge.

"I think this could lead us to them.", Foolish nods, bagging the evidence of the badge and fighting the urge to just yell into this place in angry for taking him away.

"Okay, go over the CCTV and see if we can find where they went and get a licence on the van, send off the evidence and have the blood tested and the items."
Foolish opened his drawer and started to flip through them before he pulled out a file and a card out, grabbing the phone and dialing it.
"Who you calling?"
"A friend that can help."

"Hey, I need help with something."

"Thanks for coming."
Karl smiled as he sat across from Foolish, he looked more awake,"No worries, what seems to be the issue?", "It's about my partner. We may have a lead in finding them, but I know you know the streets much better than I do and cannI ask it you know any potential leads.", Karl nods slowly, taking that information in and Foolish spoke.
Karl then went through his bag and pulled out several files,"These are files of the gangs you messed with before or gangs that have answers. The Anarchy Gang, while they hate anything involving a government, they could know something about the hooded figures are their whereabouts. The second gang is The Eggpire, you were familiar with them so they can possibly know something about this operation. And there is a high possibility of a Casino knowing, because the van came from their company.", Foolish nods along, taking the three files from Karl,"Perfect.", "Would you like me to tag along?", Foolish nods,"Yes, but stay close to me you're a private investor and I'm a detective, we do more activity.", Karl nods and followed Foolish out of the room, keeping up with him while fixing his goggles.

Entering the building, it was a full blown Library and weapons galore and looking deeper into the room they saw 5 members at the table talking and one of them is the interen cop!
Karl went in first, clearing his throat and gaining their attention,"Good Morning or late morning, I apologise for the intrusion of your meeting I just need something from and inexchange I'll give you documents on a company associated with the Goverment.", Foolish was surprised that Karl offered that, but if it meant finding his partner then so be it and it worked because the leader came over to him, whole eyeing me suspiciously he took a file from Karl,"What do you wish to know.", "Do you know anything about a group of people in black hoods and a kidnapped cop?", Techno turned to the group at the table, an older but more friendly looking man came over with paper and handed it to the Hybird.
"Hm."
"The Hooded Figures are a small group of people that kidnap those that appose threats to their connections and of course kidnapping cops is normal but I'm guessing they choose the wrong cops to mess with.", Karl nods as well as Foolish, who has been listening quietly and nodding along, the man in the green and glasses turned to us,"Last word we heard of them, your partner's location was sold out by The Eggpire and a Casino provided them a vehicle and possible height.", Foolish clutches his fists, pissed off as Karl nods,"Thank you.", "Maybe if your lucky, I can take out that Casino.", Karl backed up, nodding and taking Foolish out,"Thank you, Good Day.", Karl closed the door,"Tell the cops the accomplice of The Eggpire and The Casino people, I'll go after The Eggpire and you go to the Casino?", "Sounds good and sure.", with that, they split off from one another to do what they have to do, because now that they knew Foolish's partner could be the kidnapped man they had a feeling that the clock us ticking for them to save him.

Foolish threw open the door to The Eggpire, holding his gun and absolutely pissed off and members of the Empire could see that Foolish wasn't taking their bullshit today and had a deeper gut feeling that he knows they know.
"You better see that I'm not playing any fucking games with you; What do you know about the Hooded Figures and my Partner's disappearance."
The leader, Bad, stood up and approached Foolish,"What implies we know anything-?", Foolish grabbed him by his shirt and slammed Bad against the wall, making everyone stand up and flinched,"I'm not buying your bullshit, The Anarchy Gang has spilled the truth so you better start talking or pain will be the only thing you'll feel.", Bad gulped as Foolish pulled his gun and aimed it at his head,"Start talking.", Bad didn't want to courage to call him out on his language.
"L-Look. . . It was just a small job- We just provided them a location. . .", "And that location is where.", "********", Foolish glared at him, seeing no lie in his sentence,"Fine. But if I find you lied, I'm coming back and it won't be peaceful.", Foolish let Bad go and ran out of the building to get to the location as he pulled out his phone to called his parents.
"Hey, Sam and Ponk. Sorry for calling, but this message is important, we have a lead to find Alistair but I need doctors and policeman to *******, many could be injured and many may need to be arrested. Call back soon."
