Karl managed to explain to Dream who was who and how he knew him and Karl could see Dream was already tired.
Dream and Karl made a colour coded timetable for Ranboo, after sitting him down Karl explained how the timetable will work.
Basically depending on the day and time, each soul including Ranboo himself will have to take different times controlling the body and can only break the timetable if it's necessary and it would only be until Dream could undo what the book did.
"And we have ground rules; No murdering anyone.", Ranbob came into control,"Or what?", then Karl glared daggers to them, Dream tired to not laugh as Karl had this sweet smile but anger in his eyes.
"Do that, and I won't have Dream fix this; Would you gather go home or be stuck here?!"
"Fine."
Karl nods,"What I thought. Also, might be wise to go ask Foolish or Philza for their input as I heard they have history in magic.", Dream nods,"Sounds like a plan. I'll get back to you guys if I find anything and again, I am so sorry!", Dream was still very apologetic about the situation even though Ranboo and Butler said many times it wasn't his fault.

Over the week, they got sort of use to the multiple people in Ranboo's body and Karl gave them a tour of the Dsmp and the others were Impressed that Karl managed to make this work and even Tommy had fun.
Of course, Karl also gave everyone notes of each soul and Sapnap was still concerned about it especially when the list looked like this;

Ranbob:

. Likes history so he might like Eret's museum and history books
. He likes gold
. He will muddle up some parts about an individual but don't try and correct him
. Don't let him have swords
. Don't try and challenge him (Skeppy looking at you and Tommy)

Bulter:

. Very kind
. Likes work but let him relax
. Keep him AWAY from The Egg
. If you ask a question he will ask for a word limit but say unlimited each time
. Don't kill him fir being am orphan (Techno I swear)

Ran:

. Probably the smartest of the souls together
. Very calm but a little cold

John:

. Worked in a bar
. Doesn't like guns most of the time
. Don't try and rob him, he will attack you

In other words: Don't Do Something Dumb.

Tommy glared at Karl,"I feel targeted.", Karl shrugged and left them be.
Ranbob looked at Karl,"So, how did you not die?", Karl faceplammed,"Thought we agreed to not talk about it.", "No one's around.", Karl sighed,"Look I really couldn't explain it but let's just say I lived.", "Okay.", so Ranbob left it as it was.

Foolish looked through a few books about this type of thing, honestly he was able to adapt really quickly because he had DID and those who knew were quick to get use to it.
"Maybe I can ask XD for advice. Hey, Dream? You know where to find XD??", Dream looked confused,"Who's XD?", Foolish turned,"Wait, you never met him?", "No?", Foolish frowned as he continued to look through the books,"Strange, he said you were the first human he had-", then Foolish realised, looking at Dream and Dream could see Foolish's sudden concerned but angry face.
"What?"
"Come with me for a moment."
Foolish took Dream's arm and practically dragged him to the Dsmp.

"So, no bandits or guns?"
Techno nods,"Nope, not many people steal nowadays it's a rare thing.", "Techno glares at Tommy as he said this, John looked at Karl who just shrugged and then turned away to sneeze.
"So what if someone steals?", Techno smiled,"We find out who and take it back.", John nods,"I see.", "What's all that red stuff?", "Don't even try asking, John it's a mystery in itself.", John nods, "I see. . . Uh, Karl, is that Dream?", they turned and saw Dream and Foolish, and Foolish looked pissed off.
"Uuuh. . . What happened."
They went over and Foolish was going towards XD,"XD.", XD turned away from George,"Ah, Foolish what brings you-", without any warning; Foolish straight up punches XD!
"OH!"
"FOOLISH?!"
XD growled as he knew that would bruise up later,"What the fuck-", "YOU WANNA EXPLAIN SOMETHING TO ME?!?", as they fought, sometimes they could hear what was being talked about.
Dream shuffled his feet awkwardly and then got a tap on the shoulder, turning he saw Ranboo but with green eyes,"Ran, right?", he nods,"Yes and from what I can gather from his sudden anger, it seems he thought you had met XD and came to the realisation that XD was stalking you.", Dream was shocked, Karl shuddered as they continued to fight.
