|Sean's POV|

"You fucking idiots!" I grabbed a glass from the small bar and threw it at them. They dodged it, resulting for the glass to make contact with the wall behind them, breaking into pieces. "One job—" I seethed, "and you couldn't do it right."

They lowered their heads, staring down at the ground, embarrassed.

"We could just kill her and dump her body somewhere." One of them suggested in a low voice.

"Yeah, sure." I said sarcastically, "Why didn't I think of that?"

He snapped his head up in my direction, "really? I know a good place to hide the bo—"

"Don't even think about it," I cut him off, "we do not kill innocents, asshole. Why don't we just kill you instead? I know a good place to hide your body."  They pursed their lips in a thin line, keeping quiet.

Why couldn't one thing go right for once?

"Find the girl we're looking for and get her here." I ordered, "I'll deal with your mistake."

"She's hot though," the other man said, "I could use—"

"That's enough." I shot him a glare, "just do what you've been told to do."

"She's been down there for hours. You might as well feed her." A familiar voice spoke up making me sigh as I turned around, going face to face with Amelia Lance, a twenty-three year old woman who also happened to be one of my best Assassins.  She wasn't bitchy and was quite nice.

"How long have you been..." I trailed off, knowing that she already figured the question. She was silent for a while as she thought of her reply before giving it, "long enough to find out about the mistake. Now, I know I'm in no place to tell you what you should do but if you really don't want her to die, I suggest you feed her ‘cause if not, she's gonna die."

She then walked in the kitchen and opened the fridge before taking out a frozen pizza. "I bought that yesterday. Never got the time to make it but I guess that's fine," she let out a chuckle, "I hope your girl likes pizza."

"She's not my girl." I rolled my eyes at her words, "I barely know her. I've met her just now—" I paused, "—just make the damn food."

She chuckled but did as she was told. Minutes later, she was done. She handed me the pizza in a plate and I took it before going where the girl was.

Opening the door, I stepped in. She had her head thrown on the back of the chair as she was wiggling uncomfortably in her seat.

"Look who's back," she looked at me with her eyes filled with amusement, "came to tell me that you won't be letting me go because I know too much?" She looked pretty fine for someone who had been kidnapped.

"Frankly, I don't know what I'm going to do with you yet. For now, just—" I nodded to the plate I placed the on her lap, "—eat."

"And how exactly am I going to do that?" She questioned, tilting her head to the side and looking at me as if I was the dumbest person she's ever seen.

"By opening your mouth then you put the food in it, then—" I was cut off by her, "I know how to eat, genius."

"Then why did you ask?" I asked, feigning innocence.

"My hands are tied." She reminded, staring at her tied hands, "now, how do you expect me to eat when my hands are tied, darling? Unless you want to feed me?"

"Don't try anything," I said as I bent down a little to untie her hands, "don't even think of escaping."

"I'm not." She replied, grabbing a slice of pizza from her plate, "but just to be clear, you won't kill me, right?"

"I guess we'll just have to see." I replied despite knowing that I wasn't going to kill her. I couldn't shake away the fact that she seemed familiar even though I was certain that I've never seen her before.
