It felt absolutely euphoric as Sean kissed me with a hand on the wall and the other one on the side of my neck. He was kissing me slowly and with intensity while I kissed him back. Our lips were moving together in sync, my hands were both rested on his chest. I could feel his heart beating almost as fast as mine under my palm.

My other hand reached out to grab a fistful of his hair, remembering all the times I've wanted to do that. He let out a groan and he deepened the kiss, bitting my lower lip softly, demanding entrance which I happily gave by parting my lips. He slid his tongue inside almost instantly.

I've never been kissed like that before— he was kissing me like he's been wanting to do that since forever and I fucking loved it.

However, before we could go any further, we were rudely interrupted by the sound of someone clearing their throat. My eyes shot open upon hearing it. However, Sean didn't bother breaking the kiss instantly, instead, he took all his time and pulled away, dragging my bottom lip in between his teeth.

He opened his eyes and looked at me while I glanced at the unknown man standing there. Sean rolled eyes as he ran a hand through his hair and turned to face the man with his lips swollen, "yeah?"

The man who was wearing a white suit looked away, probably because he was intimated— as he replied, "Monsieur Ambrose vous appelle dans son bureau." [Mr Ambrose is calling you in his office.]

"Right, right, I forgot about that," Sean muttered, fixing his mask while straightening his suit while I fixed my hair and dress. He looked at me, bringing a hand to my face before fixing my mask, "let's go."

We both followed the man to Joseph's office which was where he told us it would be. The man left once he led us to the office so Sean pushed the door open without bothering to knock.

Joseph was sitting on his office table holding a file in his hand while an unfamiliar man was standing beside him. He looked up, flashing both Sean and I a large smile, "good to see you two again. I didn't see you on the dance floor— thought you left without saying goodbye."

"No actually someone spilled their drink on Grace," Sean responded, casually draping an arm around my waist, "so I had to take her to the ladies room to clean herself up."

"Ah dear, hope the dress is not ruined!" The man next to him said to which I shook my head, "thankfully, it fell on my leg. It's all good now."

"That's great," Joseph pushed himself off the table, "now let's talk business." The other man who was standing beside the table walked past us to the door. Just when I thought he was going to leave, he closed the door behind and stood there while I turned to look at Joseph again.

"You said you were going to sign a deal with me— a contract, to be precise." Joseph handed Sean the file which was previously in his hand. Sean grabbed it and began reading, his eyes scanning every word as he flipped the pages, brows furrowing at whatever was written while I stared at him.

"You want us to become partners along with two other CEOs and the Spanish mafia leader?" Sean questioned, looking back at Joseph, "why?"

The real question was; why was Joseph involving CEOs in mafia business?

The man who Sean was currently posing as, Mr Williams, was actually a CEO. While we thought it was merely a business proposal, clearly it went further than that. What the fuck was Joseph planning?

"Money, of course," came in Joseph's answer, "look, I'm going to be honest with you... my company's not doing well. Ever since the Mexican Mafia was destroyed by these people, it's been hell for me as I've already signed a contract with him— we were allies, do you understand what that means? That means that I was supposed to be there with him, fighting by his side when he was attacked but I left him be— I broke the alliance. That cost me."

After a moment of silence, he spoke again, "now, I have to look after his stupid son— which I don't mind. I'm training him, he'll take over my company and mafia if anything happens to me when we would be going to attack the three most powerful mafias. I just need you to sign this contract with me so that I can get assurance that you'll be there to financially support me if things go wrong and that you won't back away when I need your support most."

"Why should I support you?" Sean asked, placing the file on the table before stuffing his hands in his pockets, "what am I getting out of this?"

Joseph threw his head back and let out a hoarse chuckle, "you seem to have forgotten that I've got your mother in my captivity, Mr Williams. Do you want her dead? Is that what you really want?"

I didn't know about that. Poor lady.

Just then Sean's phone beeped with a message. He took it out from his pocket and looked at the screen before glancing at me then back at Joseph, sliding his phone back in his pocket, "right, my mother. Oh no. I'll do whatever you want— please, just don't hurt her." He said dryly.

"What's going on with you?" Joseph asked, frowning in confusion, "you're supposed to be scared right now... blackmailed into submission as they say it. Just sign the damn papers or I'll have to kill mother dearest."

"Yeah but there's a slight issue," Sean glanced at me, nodding to the man behind me, wordlessly telling me to deal with him. He then stared at Joseph, "My mom's already dead, asshole."
