Project 863 - The Mystery

~Chapter 26~

After a few days or so River, Woods, Bailey, and Tanner had been at Bailey's desk while the others sat in chairs as Matthias had come downstairs with Sam behind him with the camera before he jokingly moved Bailey's desk to lay down to see her better as he spoke. "There's more where that came from," Matthias spoke, talking about the writing on the walls as Woods asked about him getting another notification as Matthias nodded explaining that it was upstairs in Red Base as they talked about how it was in the same room they found the body outline in before trying to get onto the nest camera to see. When they weren't able to get on it, they all went to Red Base to be able to see it without waiting hours for the camera as Matthias road his mini motorcycle around the parking lot. When they got into Red Base they all went to the room with the body outline, seeing the smiling face over the head of the body outline as they brought up how it was the same face as downstairs as Sam spoke about how it could be someone writing it that's dead as Matthias spoke. 

"There's nothing on camera, all the craziness keeps happening. The smiley face with X's has shown up downstairs where it said look closer so it connects to either that or it would just be more graffiti but it would seem odd for it to be placed directly on the face." Matthias explained as Bailey brought up how the ghost was creating a brand for itself which caused people to chuckle some as they continued to talk about the information they have been getting from the spray paint on the walls before deciding to go down the spiritual path to use ghost evidence tools to be able to help them investigate as they went to order stuff off of Etsy and E-bay as they ordered K2, voice box, ETI Paranormal camera and other things related to it as they all went back to work afterward. 2 weeks later Matthias and Sam had come out of the office as they went to find the packages they ordered as Woods handed him one before he opened the box as he pulled out the product before getting it set up on his phone. They all decided to go to Red base to be able to get the investigation started as they went to the body outlined room.

When they got into the room River ended up turning off the camera so Matthias would be able to use the camera he began freaking out as he showed everyone the blue footsteps that were leading out of the room as they followed the footsteps around Red Base which lead them to the storage closet downstairs that was the filling cabinet as they pulled it out to a bright area and broke it open as they found files inside that were about employee files that worked at Syntec as Matthias looked at the beginning to read one. "W Chase. Syntec profile summary. Wyatt Chase. 5'8. 145 weight, Age 29. Physical description red. It's just a bunch of files. Official title: Biochemist. It's just employee files. Talia Jacobs, Chloe Redacted. Official title. Additional information. Trial patient for Project Spire." Matthias spoke as they all looked at him curiously as Sam spoke looking at him. "Locate the spire was the last thing we heard from Deb." Sam explained as Matthias decided to read more of the files, "Chloe Drewitt, never heard the name before," Matthias said as he looked through the files before Sam mentioned a file named Deborah as Matthias attempted to find Deb's last name.

They had been talking about how the spire was used for an acronym as River stood there looking at one of the files trying to find the information she could bring to the table about it as she found the one about Wesley before she pulled it out as they continued looking through files as they found people like Benjamin's as Matthias decided to read through it. They were able to fund out that Benjamin had been described as having black hair and blue eyes before he went through the rest of the bottom drawer they continued looking through the files together as Matthias used his phone to see that one of the files were cold as everyone began to freak out about it.
