(before we begin, does anyone know where I can find artwork of Letty holding little b as a baby? Or better still if you have it yourself? Because I feel as if I need to decorate my chapters a bit more. Anyway thank you in advance, on with the chapter)

If there were 2 things that sounded that they would never go together, it would be Letty Torreto and domestic life.

But that is where Letty had found herself. Roman had organised a "boys week away" for all the guys. Leaving their significant others at home.

Dom had been hesitant leaving his wife and son for the first time since his arrival, but Letty convinced him that it would be fine.

The week had been going very well. Every day, Letty woke herself and little Brian up, made them some breakfast, then the two of them would go to the Torreto garage and spend all day there.

Today, however, would go slightly different. Letty woke herself up and wnet about her usual routine of getting little Brian up, giving him breakfast and changing his diaper, that's when she noticed that they were down to the last 2 clean ones.

Letty knew what she would have to do. So after she cleaned Brian up, got him dressed. They went down to their local supermarket. A simple 10 minutes by car.

Letty parked close to the entrance and hoisted little b out of his car seat. The two walked over to the trollies, she figured that she may as well get other supplies for the house while she was there. Never in her life did she think that she would ever be thinking about such simple, domestic, tasks.

She carefully placed little Brian into the trolly's seat and the two set off. Brian looked around his surroundings with those big brown eyes that had stolen Letty's heart. She smiled at him causing him to smile back with a small giggle.

She got the stuff she knew she needed, such as bread, a few eggs for tomorrow's breakfast, baby food for Brian (even though she knew that she would still be sharing some of her breakfast with him) then made her way over to the dreaded diaper section of the baby aisle.

Now, Letty could tell what her husband was thinking just by the crease in his brow, she could tell what was wrong with her car before checking under the hood, but. One thing she still hadn't gotten the hang of was diaper shopping.

There were so many brands, all with happy babies on the front of them. She considered asking Dom, but remembered that he was currently on a long flight from Rio to Miami, where he and Brian would separate from the group and head home to their lovely families.

Letty must have looked like a lost sheep because someone tapped her on the shoulder. "can I help you, deary?". It was a store clerk, she looked to be in her late 50s. Letty blinked at her and then spoke up. "oh, uh... Yes, sorry I'm still new to this whole mom thing, and cannot remember which diaper my husband buys this little guy". She said, quite embarrassed.

The clerk smiled "oh that's no trouble, we have parent all the time come in and forget which diapers are for their little ones". Letty sighed with relief. "now, is he an active baby?" the clerk asked. "oh, he's a little crawler alright". Letty said as she ruffled Brian's wispy curls, which made him laugh and clap his hands. "alright, is he a little sensitive?" she asked, this time a bit more delicately.

Letty thought for a second "yes actually". She replied. "alright, let's see here" she scanned the shelve before setting her eyes on huggies. "these should do the trick, perfect for little daredevils that can get quite sensitive to the touch". She said as she handed the pack to Letty.

Letty smiled gratefully. "thank you so much, you saved me a lot of time". She siad. "it's no problem dear, being a parent is a hard job, there are sometimes things we don't ever get right until we're grand parents. I've two boys, both grown up, so I'm pretty experienced. One day you will be too". She said with a smile. "say tata to the nice lady Brian" Letty siad as she baby spoke to Brian. "ta ta". Brian said happily.

The woman smiled. "you are very welcome. He's adorable, you make sure to keep up the good work. You're a natural at this, you just don't know it yet". And with that she left them.

Letty made her way to the checkout, playfully drifting Brian slightly around the various corners, making him squeal with glee. She payed for the items and walked back to the car. "OK little man, next stop, the garage. You can watch mommy finish her car". She said as she strapped him in a and filled the diaper bag with a few diapers from the pack.

She kissed his forehead before getting into the drivers seat and beginning the drive to the Torreto garage. The woman's words stayed with Letty. She was a natural, all she needed was a small bit more time to figure out the last of it. She looked back at Brian, who was now passed out holding a stuffed lion in his tiny arm, with a smile. "heheh, maybe this domestic life is for me after all". She thought.

The end.

(hope you enjoyed that, as I stated earlier, if you know where I can get some artwork, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll see you in the next one)
