Dotty Family Moments.

He's Gone....

Mia struggled along the floor. The men had severely beaten her, but she survived. She had to get her phone and alert her brother. She thought this life was behind them...they all did.

Just as she was about to reach the phone. The door opened again. Dom and Letty stood in it. "MIA!!" Dom yelled as he ran to his sister. "What happened?" He asked as he looked at her injuries. "Men... armed men came. I tried to stop them, I told little B to run, but they got him. They dragged him away. I'm sorry, Dom". She cried. "I'm so sorry".

Dom lifted his sister up gently and laid her out on the couch. His son taken. His entire life seemed grey and meaningless. He was fuming, but not at Mia. Her injuries showed she gave them hell. "Letty!" Dom called. But she wasn't there.

Dom treated Mia's wounds. Then went to find Letty. He walked around the trashed house. "I don't care how long it takes. You get your fucking people looking everywhere. YOU HEAR ME??" Letty screamed from Little B's empty room.

Dom opened the door. He saw Letty sitting on the edge of Little B's empty bed. He looked around the room. A few items were thrown about. Seemed he ran here for safety first. "Letty?" Dom asked as he approached the bed. "He's Gone Dom. Our boy has been taken....." She said her voice breaking several times.

"We'll find him". Dom told her. "I promised him, no matter what, we'll always be there to save him".
"This is his second time being taken, Dom. I thought this shit was behind us". She said. Dom felt his own tears rising. "I know". He lowered his head.

"Who was on the phone?" He asked as he sat beside her. "Hobbs. I told him the situations and threatened to break every bone in his body if he didn't get everyone on his force to get after these bastards. He also said he'd bring the team together".

Letty held Little B's stuffed bear in her arm. "I remember his first night with us. I can't stop thinking about it in this moment". She clutched the bear close to her heart.

(FLASHBACK)

"You all comfy, little man?" Letty asked as she watched Dom tuck Little B in. "Mmmn himm" Brian nodded with a smile. Letty went out to grab something she had bought for Brian earlier.

"Hey, little guy. I have a gift for you. When your Daddy told me about you, I decided to get ya something to celebrate you coming home. He'll keep you safe from any bad dreams". She said as she pulled the bear from behind her back. Little B smiled. "Wow....thank you". He said as he gently took the bear and gave it a hug.

"Good night son". Dom said as he kissed his son goodnight. "Goodnight daddy. Goodnight Mommy. Thank you for my new bear". "Goodnight baby. Sleep good, alright?". Letty said as she too kissed the boy.

(End of flashback)

Letty and Dom sat on the bed and embraced each other. They needed this time to just react to the situation before getting to the bottom of who took Brian. "We're going to find him, Letty. And we're going to make sure whoever took him knows they just messed with the wrong people. Let's go to Mia. She's probably feeling terrible too".

Letty nodded and put the bear on the bed. "we're coming for you, Baby". She said to herself.  Dom took her hand. They walked with purpose. The fire reignited in their hearts, the anger in their eyes. Whoever just fucked with them was going to be one sorry bastard.
