(au where Dom and Letty had Brian at a younger age, because let's be honest...they were not careful in the early movies.🤣🤣)
If there was one thing Letty Torretto was good at, it was defending her family, her husband, Dominic, and their baby, Brian.
Most would call them foolish for bringing a child into the world this early in their life, but they never saw it as a mistake. Dom and Letty saw the arrival of baby Brian to be nothing but a blessing.
Brian was a happy and easy little boy. He could be calmed within seconds after his Mama picked him up and held him close. He was a Mama's boy for sure.
Dom supplied for the family by working at the family garage. Meaning he was often away from the House, normally Letty would join him, but she was still on involuntary maternity leave.
She decided that she and Brian would go out on a walk, to visit Dom at work. So she strapped him up in his holster and began. Letty didn't think that this time last year she'd be walking with her 5 month old baby through some street towards the garage she and her husband ran together, but the world has a weird way of working out.
She got lost in her head thinking about how peaceful her life was, when she realized she was near her old school. It had seemed life a life time ago she had attended class here.
She was walking the other side of the road, when she caught sight of a few girls. Letty remembered them as the "boyfriend snatchers" as they always tried to flirt with Dom, who only had eyes for Letty.
They caught sight of her and approached her. "Well, well, well, if it isn't Letty Ortiz. Haven't seen you around in years. Who's the rugrat?" One of them, a blond, asked. Letty could feel a nerve being touched, but kept her cool. "This little guy is my son, Brian Torretto". Letty said with pride as she grazed little Brian's hand with her finger.
The girls smug smiles faltered. "No way, Torretto did you? Didn't know he was that desperate". Letty's patience was wearing. "Well, actually, he approached me pouring his heart out to me, we got carried away and now he's dad to my kid, and a loving husband providing a good life for us". She said trying to shut these girls down.
Little did they know, they were about to touch a nerve that should never be touched. "Really?, Wow. To think someone that good looking could be involved with the creation of a sluts child... Kid probably " before she could finish her insult towards Brian, the girl was cut off by Letty's right hand meeting her face.
"I can tolerate you talking crap about me, my husband and my life. But God help you if you EVER try and talk crap about my baby". She spoke with venom dripping from every word then kissed Brian's little Head. "Do I make myself clear?". She asked. The three girls nodded then ran off fearing their safety.
Letty continued to walk to the garage, she arrived and met Dom. "Hey, there's the two most important people in my universe". Dom said ad he went over and kissed Letty passionately. "You alright?" He asked. "Ran into a couple of our old high school stuck ups. They tried to talk badly about, little B".
Dom looked amused as he waited to hear what Letty did to them. She retold him what they did, and what she did. Dom just laughed "clearly they've forgotten that Letty Torretto won't take anything from anyone about her family".
Letty smiled hearing his last name following her first. "Damn right". She said. "So, any particular reason you two decided to visit? I mean there's nothing more I love them seeing you both in my arms..." Letty cut him off "I just wanted to call by and see what you thought about installing a play pen in that vacant corner, so we could bring little man with us and I can get under the hood of these puppies". She asked hopeful that he would agree.
Dom smirked. "What do you think little man?". Little Brian babbled. "You want to be a mechanic like Mommy and daddy, huh?" He said.
"Then it's settled, we'll get a corner set up for him, and by next week, we'll all be working here". he finished.
"Good" Letty smiled. "ok Honey, I'm going to bring little man back home and 'help' Mia with dinner" she said. "Say bye bye to Daddy, baby". Letty said in her baby voice that she only ever used when they were alone. Dom smiled and kissed his son's head. "See you soon, bud".
He kissed Letty passionately and walked them to the door. This life was made using not the best of decisions, but they were making it work, with love. Letty wouldn't trade it for anything. She had truly never been happier, no matter what anyone thought of her or her family, she would always be ready to ride or die for them.
(The end. I have no idea what I was thinking with this one. But it is what it is. Hope you enjoyed it. I'll see you lads and ladies, in the next one)
