you wanna say hi to mommy?

(one complaint a few of us have is that in the deleted scene where Dom calls little B, Letty has no involvement. So imma try fix that and also give our favorite buster a line of two).

"Yellow" the familiar, laid back voice of Brian O'Connor sounded through the phone. "Buster....how's my boy?" Dom smiled into the phone. "He and Jack are having a ball. Racing their cars down the stairs like it's a grand prix". Brian replied. "Hold on a sec Dom".

"Daddy?" A younger voice came across. Dom felt his smile grow twice it's already huge size. "Little B". He said. "You staying out of trouble?" No sooner had it been said when a crash was heard in the background followed by Brian's voice in a slight panic. "I am. But I think Jack is in trouble". Little Brian answered honestly and sweetly.

"When are you coming home?" He asked. "We're almost done here, son. Me and mommy should be home before you can count to a thousand, and if we ain't, you can tell Uncle Brian I said you can have a second treat before dinner". Dom said, hoping that this would end up being somewhat true.

"Really?" Little Brian said excitedly. "Can I talk to Mommy?" Dom shook his head fondly. "I'll get her son. Stay there".

He found Letty sorting out her guns. Cocking them back multiple times to make sure they were ready. "Baby, we got an important caller". Dom said as he handed over the phone.

"Mommy?". Little B tried. Letty also felt her smile grow. "Hi baby, you being good for your Uncle?" She asked. "Mmmn hmmm. I miss you and Daddy". He replied. "We miss you too baby. But we're almost done. Then we can all go back home". She said.

Although she missed the old life, she was ready to call it quits for now. She missed her Baby a lot more. Besides, knowing them, trouble was bound to follow them wherever they went. They may as well enjoy the peace while they can.

"Ok baby, we have to go. Don't forget, we'll be home soon". She said. "Ok Mommy. I love you". Little B said into the phone. No matter how long she lived for or how many times she heard it, being told that her boy loved her would never fail to make her feel happy.

"I love you too Baby. Bye" she said into the phone as she blew him a kiss. (something that only this boy could get her to do). "Bye Mommy. Bye Daddy". Brian said as he also blew a kiss back.

They hung up the phone. "Let's finish this....I want to get back to our boy". Dom said. Letty placed the gun in her holster. "Way ahead of you papa. Let's do this".
