Letty had learned to do a lot in her life. Like how to install an unhealthy amount of NOS into a car, or time the point to make seemingly impossible jumps using said car and NOS. But her favourite thing she learned to do in her life so far has been to love a child and become a mother.
Baby Brian had entered the lives of his family in a very strange way, but from the moment anyone laid eyes on him, they were instantly in love. Letty swore that the first time he looked at her with raised arms, as if saying 'i want you' while waiting to be picked up, that she felt her heart explode.
Both her and Dom loved passing down all their knowledge down to him, despite knowing they'd have to go over everything when he was older. Dom taught him all about the Toretto family and their obsession with cars, and Letty brought him around their temporary garage to see all the wonderful machines.
Letty also taught him some of the basics in his daily life too. One thing he had to learn was to eat safely. Having his father's appetite, he always needed bigger portions than the average baby.
Letty always served simple recipes that showcased her skills in the kitchen to the highest quality. She would sit Brian in his little highchair and then took a spoonful of the food. "See, little man, like this" she made an exaggerated face to show him how to do it. Little Brian laughed. "Now you try, Baby".
Letty took another smaller spoonful for Brian to have. Brian looked at the spoon then, to almost near perfection, mimicked Letty's face from her demonstration. After he took a bite, he began laughing.
Letty looked at the kid with an amused face. "Did you just mimic me, kid?" She asked in a babyish tone. Little Brian just laughed harder, smacking his small hand on his highchair table.
"You're mimicking mommy?" She asked again in the same tone and still Brian laughed harder. Letty tried to give him another spoonful when he calmed down slightly, but when he went to eat another spoonful, he did the exact same face again. Then he laughed once again. "Quite the impersonator, I'll give you that kid".
Letty made another face, and Brian copied her. The same process repeated until all Brian's food was gone. "Was that tasty little guy?" She asked her baby. Brian smiled and reached for her. "was that a nice time we had together?" She asked in the baby voice again. Brian cooed as he put his head on her shoulder.
"Oh, so you're all tired now after making fun of mommy, huh?" Brian giggled slightly as he slowly began to dose on her shoulder. "You're probably the only one who'll ever see that side of me, little guy...let's keep it between us, ok?" Brian snored softly in response. Letty swayed gently with him on her shoulder for a little while before bringing him to his crib to set him down for his afternoon nap. "Sweet dreams Little man, I love you". She kissed his forehead, checked the baby monitor was on, and silently left the room.
The end.
(Back to my usual fluffy piece with no point or plot. This one was made for me because I love imagining how baby Brian changed Letty over time. It's endlessly funny to me..but enough of that, I hope you've enjoyed reading my usual rubbish and I'll catch you lads and ladies in the next one.)
