I squint my eyes watching Makar interact with his father as the two whispered in one another ear; my son smirk nodding his head as he left his father heading up the steps.

We all getting ready to leave to go to Southern Rose since Halston suggested we don't have to look over our shoulder. Lyanna and Halston was already out the door while Laura and Caesar kept trying to put Loretta coat on as she talk their ear off on how she's going to be the favorite older cousin.

I was held Makar coat as I was walking to the foyer leaving the hall closet joint Ruslan who attention I grab earning a cheeky smile.

"What were you two talking about?" I asked Ruslan who wore the smile on his face so casually.

"Nothing." He lied and I squinted my eyes.

"Nothing is something when it comes to you two." I pointed at him poking his chest as I felt one of his hands wrap around me pulling me close.

"It's nothing I just needed to see if he still held up his favor for me." He spoke half the truth and I huffed looking away.

"Makar!" I called for him so we can go because just like I thought we are the ones to be holding everyone up.

"Two seconds." I yelled back to hear footsteps zoom downstairs. I look over seeing him shoving something in his pocket before smiling ear to ear. I was about question him but Loretta quickly grab my son hand running out the door with him.

"He's being sneaky." I pointed out as Ruslan and I followed everyone that was ahead; I stretched my arm letting Makar coat hit Laura making her look back before taking it calling for Makar to put it on.

"Awe Marya you became fed." Ruslan said and I hit his arm smiling.

"Shut up; you have my baby keeping secrets." I comment. Leaning on him a little; I watched Makar and Loretta picked to hop in Halston car to bothered them. Lyanna was begging Caesar and Laura to take the kids but Makar said he would throw a tantrum as Loretta attempted to recite something like shakespeare but in her own word.

I had a smile on my face watching it all unfold while Ruslan rushed us to the car so we won't be a part of the hell hole. His words not mine.

Settling in the car I having my seat belt on staring out the windows watching Lyanna suck her teeth turning her head away from Laura and Caesar who was laughing their asses off trying to get in the car. Meanwhile halston just had shades with a red face ready to go.

I laughed seeing their car was the first to leave I try to hold my giggles hearing the kids laugh annoying their aunt and uncle.

"You look happy." I hear Ruslan say making me look over seeing a calm expression in his face feeling his hand caress my cheek.

"Why wouldn't I be?" I asked smiling look back to see Caesar car start up before being my attention back to Ruslan seeing that he wore a small smile on his face.

"I missed you." He said which caused my smile to smitten more.

"I missed you too." I said; he started the car following right after Caesar's. The radio was on but it was turned down since we started to strike up conversation.

"You only call me one time." I fact check him as he let out a dry laugh.

"I'm sorry you want me to call when I think I'm in a tough situation?" He asked a dumb question which made me laugh.

"Yeah you dumb ass; you telling me to do the same you have to do that too. I already know you a provider you prideful nut. And look what you did; you rely on me told you my dad was an honest man." I giggle nugging Ruslan little sour face turn into a smirk.
