Summery:

Wednesday dragged Enid by the wrist as they headed towards their dorm room.

She opened the door and practically threw the werewolf inside. She swiftly closed and locked it before turning around to face her roommate who was standing in the middle of the room.

"Why did you do that?"

"I was only trying to help!"

OR

Enid followed Wednesday out of the prom to get some answers. She wasn't expecting the answers she received.

————————————————————-

Stomping footsteps could be heard by the corridors as the two reportedly missing-from-the-prom students were on their way back to enter their shared establishment.

The two were covered in dust, soot, dirt and blood – not theirs – but none of them seemed to care. Their minds were too preoccupied with more important matters anyway.

Wednesday dragged Enid by the wrist as they headed towards their dorm room. She was silent in her fury but it didn't go unnoticed nor ignored when her grip on the poor girl's wrist grew tighter and how the aura that exuded from her being told the entire world to back. off.

She opened the door to their room and practically threw the werewolf inside. She swiftly closed and locked it before turning around to face her roommate who was standing in the middle of the room.

They've been silent throughout the journey to their room, and though Wednesday would rather not speak to anyone given the chance, she needed this confrontation.

You see, after many weeks of research and planning, she'd finally found a lead and pinpointed the exact time and date of when it was optimal to strike. She was correct, as she assumed to be, and everything was going well for the most part,

Until a certain blonde werewolf showed up.

It derailed Wednesday's plans to the point she wasn't able to think. She went off of pure instincts which cost them both the killer and once again, a lead.

"Why did you do that?" Her cold tone pierced through the room as she walked towards Enid.

"I was only trying to help!" Enid yelled as she flailed her arms.

"You could've been hurt. Worse, killed." Wednesday said as she narrowed her eyes.

"You as well!"

"I can handle myself perfectly fine." Wednesday crossed her arms dismissively.

Enid scoffs at that. "Sure you can."

Wednesday's eyes shot up with that remark.

"Are you doubting my ability? You of all people should know exactly what I am capable of."

"Says the person who almost got hit by the killer!"

"I was distracted."

"That's why you need my help!" Enid tried to reason.

Too bad she was talking to an Addams, for if there were a list of traits any Addams possessed, one on the top of that list would be that they were stubborn.

So, Wednesday doubled down. "No. I do not need your help at all. I was only distracted because instead of having to keep one bumbling oaf alive, another one showed up, which turned into me having to take care of said bumbling oaf while begrudgingly keeping the other alive."

"Oh wow , how gracious of you for having to begrudgingly keep me alive. Really, I feel so grateful to be called a burden while you take care of that normie sweetheart of a boy!" Enid spat with venom laced into her words.
