Wednesday had not thought that she would ever be one to engage in something as banal and childish as dating, but after the fiasco of a semester, she found herself practically smothered by her roommate's none too subtle attention.
At first, she had dismissed any suspicion over Enid's behavior as werewolf instincts or some common teenage phenomenon she'd never understand. then she was gifted another snood, this one with white hearts in addition to the black fabric of her first one.
Even with her disdain and discomfort with such emotions, she was no stranger to love and romance, her parents' nauseating performances introducing the concept from a young age.
So, when her blonde, hyperactive roommate started talking her into more 'girl's nights' just with the two of them, Wednesday was able to fit the puzzle pieces of yet another mystery together (this one decidedly less bloody).
Which is how it came to this, Enid pushing her against the wall of their shared room, whining and whimpering in between filling Wednesday's mouth with her tongue and sickly sweet taste.
Her clawed hand reaching down her waistband, slipping under her panties towards Wednesday's dripping folds, then suddenly stopping.
"Uh, Wednesday, is-is your bush moving?"
"That is not my pubic hair."
With much trepidation, Enid removed her hand, not looking until she was holding it chest level, on it a large tarantula.
"That is Quill, my exterior decorator."
"...oh."
Saying that, she fell into a dead faint, collapsing to the floor.
"Thing, grab the smelling salts again."
