Cyan's P.O.V
"Sir, you're alive?!"
"Who are you people?" His eyes jump from one person to the other.
"Wait, you don't know who we are?" Even though knowing he's alive was a shock, finding out he lost his memory was even worse. The fact that he couldn't remember us or even Aurora showed us just how bad things were.

"Ah!" My teeth tighten from irritation as Aurora's screams ripple through the air again.
"Is she okay?!" Tilly asks running into the room and my eyes dart at her, making her fall back. "Sorry Cyan, I know you hate this."
"I don't hate it, I just don't know what to do or what to think. I mean, my brain still can't wrap around the fact that Cy is alive." When I opened the door and Cy was standing on the other side of it my heart stopped, I was shocked, relieved and confused all at once but, before I could even process everything Aurora fainted, hitting her head and has been in this scream like coma ever since. That was yesterday. "After everything we've been through, I guess I'm just tired of seeing her in pain." I say looking at a sleeping Aurora.
"You love her."
"I do."
"Cyan-"
"But that doesn't change anything." I hear the hesitation in her voice. "Just because I love her doesn't mean that I'll be the one she chooses."
"You mean because Cy is back? But he doesn't remember and if he can't remember then maybe-"
"Amnesia is temporary Tilly, not eternal but that's not what I meant. Even if Cy hadn't come back, I don't think she would have chosen me because, aside from only loving him she chooses to only love him, and no one else. Who can compete with that?" I look at her smirking. Making my way downstairs, I check on the twins and I see that they're still asleep. Reign softly opens her eyes and I gently run my thumb over the side of her head, making her sleep again. "How are they?" I ask Kim.
"They're doing okay, Reign isn't crying as much anymore and Reagan has been a sweetheart." I nod. "Cyan-"
"Don't worry, she'll be fine." She sighs in relief.
"We're sorry to impose on you like this and, for stressing your family." Lony, the woman who arrived with Cy says.
"You're not imposing, please have a seat." I gesture at the couch and we all sit down. "You haven't changed one bit." I say looking at a very uncomfortable Cy.
"You two know each other?"
"Yes we do, Cy's my brother." Their eyes widen.
"Your name is Cy." She says looking at him.
"Can you tell me how you two know each other." I ask and they share a look before she turns to me. What was that?
"I met Mik- I mean Cy for the first time when they brought him in at the hospital I work in, he was badly injured but somehow he managed to pull through and survive." As Lony explains I can't help but notice the look in Cy's eyes.
"Lony saved me, I wouldn't be here without her." He finally speaks, taking her hand. My eyes widen. She turns to him and he smiles at her. No.
"Cy are you and Lony-"
"Together? Yes." Shit.
"Together?" We all turn to Kim.
"Kim..."
"Together? What does that even mean?" Her voice goes up.
"Kim, calm down."
"Don't be ridiculous!"
"Do not raise your voice at her." Cy defends, stepping in front of Lony and Kim snaps.
"I don't give a fuck about her! She's no one, NOTHING! The only people I care about are your children and their mother, who was so devastated when you died that we almost lost her too and you were busy falling in love? DON'T BE RIDICULOUS!"
"Kimberly!" I pull her to me. "Stop it."
"Miss Kim." Mary says sadly.
"I want them out of here Cyan." Her cold eyes turn to me. "I don't want Aurora seeing this piece of shit either." She says through gritted teeth, going upstairs. When I turn around I'm greeted by a confused Cy, exactly what I didn't want.
"This isn't the way I wanted you to find out about everything." I turn to Mary. "Mary will you excuse us please."
"Of course sir."
"I have children?"
"I shouldn't be here, should I?" At the brink of tears she looks up at Cy, as if waiting for an answer.
"Lony-"
"You have a family, children that need you and a partner who loves you, I can't stand in the way of that."
"Lony I understand where you're coming from but you cannot just make a decision for him so you can run away."
"I am not running away, I'm telling him the truth."
"No you're pressuring him, don't do that. Cy needs to know about everything then, he can make his decision."
"Tell me everything." I try my best when telling him about his life, step by step, about who he is, his upbringing, about his family, what we've all been through and about how he died. Through it all he doesn't say much, he just takes it all in and so does Lony, but you can tell that she's torn herself.
"Now I understand why you'd feel as though you were doing or saying things half heartedly, it's because you already had someone who held the real meaning to all the things you did and said."
"Lony."
"It's okay Cy, I know how you feel but right now you have to take everything under consideration before making any big decisions. But I can't be here while you do that."
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"I'm going back home, I'll stay somewhere else for tonight and leave tomorrow morning. I'm not leaving you or abandoning you, I just want to give you the space to make the best decision for yourself and before you can do that, you need to spend time with the people around you. This might even help you get your memories back." Pulling her to him, he wraps his arms around her.
"I'm gonna miss you Lony."
"Me too, come find me when you've made up your mind okay."
"I'll definitely come find you." I watch as they share a kiss.
"Aurora wait!" I hear Kim's voice followed by hurried footsteps.
"I have to-" Her eyes widen as she sees them tear away from each other and the look in her eyes is enough to make me want to kill Cy myself. "Wha-" Tears well in her eyes so I rush to her and hold her in my arms. What should I do? I don't know what to do.
"Aura, I'm sorry you had to see that."
"Cyan, take me away from here." She whispers. Lifting her up Cy stops me. He looks just as shocked as I am.
"Don't touch her." He says lowly.
"Get your hand off me." But he doesn't instead his grip on my arm gets tighter. Pulling away I'm quick to punch him in the face.
"Cy!" Lony rushes to him and I glare at him.
"You may have lost your memory but I will not allow anyone to stand in my way when I'm protecting Aurora, not even you." Lifting her up I take her upstairs.
