Aurora's P.O.V
"It was a really grand party my love and even though I don't want to go, it's way past this little guy's bedtime." I gush over a sleepy, red cheeked Levi. He really is beautiful.
"It's okay, it was really good to have you guys over." Kissing Levi's forehead, I hug Kim and Spencer. "Drive safe."
"Thanks for having us." Spencer says before putting his coat over Kim's shoulders and guiding them to the car.
"They look good together." Cy stands behind me and we see our last guests off.
"They do." When I think about how we got here, it makes me chuckle.
"What?" He looks down at me, smiling and I shake my head.
"I actually didn't like Spencer when him and Kim started dating."
"Oh? How come?" He asks as we close the door, heading inside.
"He was a player and I didn't believe that he loved her but, ever since she's been in his life he's really changed. I'm glad he's the one for her."
"Ma'am, Sir, I've just put the twins down and the caterers have left."
"Thank you so much Mary, and not for today but for everything. Benson will take you home and you can take the rest of the week off."
"Oh no Miss, I can-"
"Mary, tomorrow's Christmas, you should be with your family plus Cy and I can handle the twins. You should rest, you deserve it."
"Thank you so much miss."
"Hold on a second." Rushing upstairs I grab the tickets and head back quickly. "I almost forgot, I bought these for you as your Christmas present. Handing them to you now makes more sense since I won't be seeing you tomorrow."
"What's this Miss?" She asks hesitating to take them.
"Open it." I smile. Her eyes widen when she sees what they are and she starts tearing up.
"What are they?"
"Tickets to the Maldives." I tell Cy. "And don't worry Mary, I've already booked everything so all you and your family have to do is get there."
"Miss I can't accept this."
"Ridiculous, you deserve this." Looking at the clock I see that it's midnight. "Marry Christmas Mary." Coming to me, she eagerly wraps her arms around me and I hug her back.
"Thank you so much miss."
"My pleasure."
"We should host them today before they leave." Cy suggests and my face lights up.
"That's a great idea, but shouldn't they just spend the night? That would make more sense."
"I don't know miss, my family is a little big." She chuckles. After convincing her, Cy takes the ranger and goes to pick them up while Mary and I prepare the rooms they'll be staying in.
"Oh they're here." I say when we hear voices and I head downstairs with Mary. We all greet each other and they ease up around Cy and I once they see that we're not uptight. "If you guys need anything Mary knows where everything is, so she'll help and Mary, don't hesitate to use anything in the house."
"Thank you miss, goodnight."
"Goodnight Miss Aurora! Goodnight Mr Cy!" They say in union and we wave at them. Standing by my door I see Cy going downstairs.
"Aren't you going to bed?"
"For some reason I don't seem to be sleepy, so I was thinking of grabbing a drink."
