It was strange at first, the feeling of soft skin touching his lips. Aiden was very gentle, calm in his movements and calculating with his hands as they wondered down to the middle of Sora's back.

It didn't take long for the boy to wrap his arms around the Prince's shoulders, resting his hands behind Aiden's head as his fingers fiddled with the older boy's shirt collar.

The kiss was slow, both of them nervous and inexperienced. Soon things felt more natural, but before the boy could really settle his drumming heart Aiden released a low moan and Sora was lost in the soft sound.

The garden around them all but forgotten as their lips danced in synchronicity. A little clumsy from their inexperience and nerves, but that didn't make it any less exciting.

Eventually though, they had to pull away from one another and breathe. Sora kept his eyes closed as he panted quietly, he felt Aiden lean forward as the Prince rested their foreheads together.

It almost felt more intimate than the kiss they'd just shared as the older boy softly rubbed the middle of his back, fingers never straying low enough to make him uncomfortable.

He finally opened his eyes when Aiden leaned away slightly and he felt the Prince's gaze on him.

"Y-Your breath smells like apples."

The Prince chuckled, surprised by the blunt observation. Not shocked by his apparent apple-breath since that's what he had for a snack earlier.

"Is that a good or bad thing?"

"G-Good, it's good."

Aiden's smile nearly split his face in half, his white teeth fully on display at the happiness radiating from him. Sora thought he might feel more nervous after their kiss, but the boy just felt safe, comfortable and happy. If a little shy.

"Thank you."

He was confused by the Prince's words and a silly smile spread onto his face.

"W-What for?"

"Allowing me to kiss you."

Sora bit his lip, Aiden was acting too cute for his heart to handle at the moment.

"Y-You don't have t-to thank me.. I
w-wanted to."

The Prince leaned in quickly, placing a chaste kiss on his cheek before pulling away again. It was such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, deep in the beautiful garden surrounded by tall trees and shrubs, topiary's and statues that Sora felt safe. Even in this moment of vulnerability and newfound emotions.

Eventually he leaned forward and rested his head on Aiden's shoulder, both of them content to sit in the comfortable silence.

But, all good things must come to an end. That end came with the sound of a very obnoxious bell ringing in the distance.

The boy jumped, startled by the unwelcome intrusion. How had it been so long already? He leaned back and immediately took notice of Aiden's unhappy frown.

"Do you have to go now?"

"Y-Yeah.. I should've l-left awhile
a-ago, I-I'll probably be a l-little late."

Aiden sighed. But before the boy could move to leave the Prince's lap, he stood up, taking Sora with him.

Immediately the younger boy wrapped his legs around Aiden's waist, keeping his hands locked together behind the Prince's head as he began walking down the stairs.
