"I can't quite believe it either!! I thought I would be searching for ages for you!! But here you are at last!!!" Aria squealed as she hugged you again, squeezing you tightly.

"A-Ahah....y-yeah here I am...." You awkwardly put your arms around her to hug her back.

"Oh! But before I forget....I did find some company along the way! She's been travelling with me for a little while." She looked up at you with a smile on her face.

"Are they a human or a demon?" You asked, raising an eyebrow.

"They are a demon! But I promise you she won't do anything! In fact, I easily could've killed her but spared her because she said she wouldn't hurt me!" Aria reassured, which was enough for you.

"Okay....I think I can trust you. But if she steps out of line....you know I'll have to kill her." You said, turning slightly serious.

"O-of course." She responded.

"Good. Well where is she then?" You ask, looking around for someone else but seeing no one.

"She should be here somewhere! Mukago! You can come and join us now!!!" Aria called out, which was promptly followed by a set of soft and light footsteps.

Out of the darkness came Mukago. She looked nervous and unsure as she edged her way closer to you both.

"There she is! Don't worry Mukago! He doesn't bite! In fact, he is very kind!" Aria encouraged her to try and boost her confidence.

Deciding to help, you gave Mukago a smile as you let go of Aria so you could properly greet her. "Hello there! I can't believe I'm able to meet another Demon who won't attack any humans!"

"Y-yes....I-I do not wish to kill anyone...." She spoke shyly while playing with her fingers, her eyes turned towards the ground.

"That's good to hear then! There's no need to be so frightened! I promise that I'll protect you from now on. Okay?" You say while edging closer and gently laying a hand on her shoulder.

She slowly looked up at you, which was when you saw the marking in her eye. It made yours widen a little, until you saw the cross that had been engraved in her eyeball as well.

"You are...or you were Lower Four, right? One of the twelve kizuki?" You asked.

"Y-yes....I-I was...." She shakily responded. This was a topic she hoped you would never get to.

But it would be brought up eventually, so better it happened now rather than later.

"What happened? I'm curious to know why you aren't one of them anymore." You waited for her to respond.

She took a deep breath before responding. "L-Lord Muzan....not only thought I was too pathetic to be a twelve kizuki....but also, too pathetic for him to kill....s-so he just...dumped me in a random place to be killed by a hashira or something...."

Tears welled up in her eyes as she stared at you. "I-I just feel....so worthless....I-I did my best to try and please him but...nothing worked."

You put both your hands on her shoulders. "You're stronger than you think. Being able to resist killing humans, whether you were scared or not is something to be proud of. Don't let whatever he told you get to you. Take this as an opportunity to reinvent yourself. Okay?"

She snuggled and nodded her head. "O-okay....I'll try...."

You smiled. "Cool!" You pat her on the head, but she quickly brought you into a hug.

"Aria was right....you are a special human...." She said as she rested her head on your shoulder. The whole thing making Aria feel jealous.

"A-Ahaha....th-thanks....I try my best..." You look away and rub the back of your head bashfully as your cheeks turned red.
