"You're willing to risk your life on a maybe?" Caleb asked sternly, his arms tightly crossed over his chest.

She couldn't think of what to say. As she shrugged he rolled his eyes, almost in defeat. After going to check the hallway, he turned back to her.

"Alright."

It took them both by surprise.

"Alright?"

"Caleb what the hell?"

"Just..." He trailed off and came back over to us as Skye stared at him.

"You can't help her, what are you doing?"

"Skye she's gonna go with or without our help, and hell if anyone's got a chance of figuring this out it's Lennox. What if she finds the answer? To all of this? What if she can make it stop? Because I don't know about you but I want my nights back, I haven't slept through the night in over a year, I'm exhausted. I'm not going with her."

Then he looked at Lennox. "But I'll get you some clothes, and your stuff from reception."

"Thank you." "But you can't leave tonight. It's too obvious, they'll be expecting that you'll try, you have to wait until they think you've settled down." "Okay, so tomorrow then. I'll figure it out Caleb."

"Don't make any promises. Just...come back. Okay? Just make sure you come back." He watched Lennox nod before leaving the room, and once he was gone Skye sighed and sat down in the chair next to the bed.

"I can't believe this is happening again. First Kaila, now Sasha. What makes you think you won't be next?" She looked at Lennox, who could see how emotional her friend was by the way her eyes were glistening even in the shadow of the room.

"I don't know. But something tells me if whatever, whoever, was doing this wanted to hurt me, they would've by now. And I'm the reason any of this has happened, I owe it to you both to try and figure out what's happening to us. I have to do this."
