In the Wrath ring, the sun was setting over the horizon, signaling another year past on the Harvest Moon Festival. Just like every year, Millie invited IMP and any of her family in Pride that were availible to attend the festival. Just like last year, Blitz and Loona attended too, but along came Via, Vortex, and Sallie May. Moxxie personally did not really get the appeal, there was so much gore and suffering, but his darling delighted in it and Bendy liked the rustic affection he got from Millie's family.

He sat on the sidelines of the Pain Games, arms around her waist to keep her from diving into the competition due to her ban. He cheered when she cheered, rubbed her back when she groaned. He did his best to keep up, but he had not grown up here, as it might be his birthplace.

Wrath holidays always hit a little bit odd for him because of this. Some sort of pang of nostalgia for nothing he knew. He tried not to think about that. He tried not to think about all the lives he could have led, or the old one he once had.

He had focused on these barbaric displays of brutality instead, half of which were committed gleefully, and sometimes accidentally, by Blitz or even Bendy. He also focused on his wife and husband. How Millie's eyes lit up and how her tail always swished with excitement as she cheered for their friends. She really was one of his best decisions.

Now that the festival itself had since closed up, Moxxie took his spot between his husband and wife at the dinner table, across from Blitz and Loona. He was doing so much better with Millie's family, he believed. Maybe even if just because of everything that had happened last year, with Striker, but Lin had even let him help her and Sallie cook this year!

Sure, they had all gotten on his ass about not doing the manly thing, but fuck that. His family loved his cooking, and she had told her family to buzz off with the attitude and that they would love his cooking too. Dinner went well, in his opinion. They all liked his and Lin's food. Joe was the first to go for seconds, which Millie was very vocal in pointing out.

Joe: Guess it's a good thing you got yourself a househusband.

Blitz snorted as Via elbowed him while Millie glared at her gather.

Millie: Pa! He works too, and-

Moxxie: No, Millie, it's alrigh... I am perfectly comfortable in my masculinity that I do not mind being prescribed a traditionally female role. As long as I'm yours, I'm happy.

Bendy: D'aw, hon. You always know what to say. *kisses his cheek*

Andi: Hey, go do your couple shit somewhere else!

Millie: Andi, you're just mad 'cause you're single!

Andi: Am not!

And thus ensued a whirlwind of tabletop chaos conversation, one a person must become accustomed to in Millie's house.

Bendy: ...See, this is why I'm often reluctant to go to family gatherings.

Blitz: Hey, me too. But it's mostly due to the constant stares of dissappointment towards my failure.

Sallie May: ......*concerned* Who hurt you?

At some point, towards the late end of dinner, one of Millie's brothers, Chris, looked to Moxxie as he and Via washed the dishes.

Chris: Hey, you're from Wrath, right?

Moxxie: I... I was born here, yes.

Chris: So you have family here, right?

Moxxie: Um..... Not anymore.

Octavia: Maybe let's not get into this?

The others were informed of what happened back in Notamafia Town, all of them fully knowing full well how this subject upset Moxxie.
